The best exhaust repairs for larger box trucks, campers etc. I believe they even do custom exhaust
I have had multiple encounters here with my Roadtrek 190. This is my go-to service station, even though there is an RV service shop closer to my home. Why? A couple of reasons. 1- They do good work. I have had engine work, body work, work on my apartment generator, it all went very well. 2- They are friendly. As a woman, I sometimes feel a little intimidated in these shops. They dont mansplain, they dont make you feel dumb, they explain it, show you whats going on. Its nice. 3- They saved me money. I came in and ordered a new awning. Those are expensive. Called me back and said I have a used awning in great condition, I saved myself over $500. That was good thinking on their part, I am not rich. 4- I get my vehicle inspected here. They found a minor issue, and fixed it, just casually mentioned it later, didnt see a bill for it. I asked. "Meg, you are a customer, we know you, we got you.". Wow. I looked at some of the reviews here. Some were a tad harsh in my opinion, and seemed related to timing. Its my RV, I am not looking for fast food timing, if it takes a week, it takes a week. I am not bothered one bit. I guess I dont have the timing issues, and every encounter I have had has been respectful, courteous, even friendly. I trust these guys. I dont write reviews much either.
Their website was poor indeed, could not seem to navigate the website at all it kept showing car I did not want to look at
Feeling taken advantage of as i am new to the RV world, but luckily im not a newbie about working on automobiles. I brought my RV here to get state inspected and the inspection report stated that both exhaust manifolds needed replacing due to cracks & leaks and that every brake component at each wheel needs to be replaced due to brake seizing but they were not able to tell me what caliper was seized...After doing my due diligence and taking on the repairs myself, there were zero cracks in the manifolds, only a single broken bolt causing a leak. Also, there were no issues with the calipers, only needing rotors, pads, and caliper seals replaced. They quoted me thousands of dollars for the repair parts were a only 1k but i quickly shot down their offer. BE AWARE! Dont let them fool you into costly repairs after getting a state inspection. To their credit, they did a decent job replacing all the tires at a reasonable cost. I will not be coming back here in the future as they've lost my trust.
I bought a $500.00 converter from them for a customers car. The part went bad less than a year later. When ALL of the other parts dealers would of warrantied the part, Even the manufacturer puts a 2 year warranty on that part... Brooks Ramsey refused to honor the warranty. They do not stand behind what they sell.. I will never buy anything from them again.. BUYER BEWARE... OWNERS DON'T CARE
If you have a late model or a gnarled RV this is the place you need to go. I went here to replace my tires and they mentioned that the brakes needed to be replaced, they fix them perfectly. And the speed of the project was pretty good. FYI I had the gnarled RV a 1986 p30. not pretty but now it drives smoother and it stops much better...
I would give this dealership 0 star if I could, they were extremely rude and not helpful and pretty much wanted to rip me off by telling me id have to put down 2.5k and pay a high car payment on a 2001 car that was only listed at 4K by saying my credit wasn't established enough.... I went to a different dealer, and was able to leave with a 2015 vehicle with the amount I originally wanted to put down 1.5k and the same car payment that Brooks Ramsy told me I'd have to pay on a much more used, older car. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a car unless you want to get ripped off, after further investigation of this place I found out they lie about their "in house inspection " and sell you a car that has not been Thoroughly inspected. Buyers beware of this place!
Friendly, out of stock of a lot of things, overpriced, in the store part. Month waiting to have motorhome worked on. Then, say they have to keep it a month for oil changes and tire changes. But, are friendly. Been around a long time.
