Brose Electrical

This is edited because I wrote whats below before I read all of the reviews. Reading confirmed what I believed after going today and I've been going to Brose for years even with my Dad before I got my own place. Not anymore, their customer service is putrid and reading other reviews here will confirm. ------- -------- ---------- ------- ------- On a Saturday after my sons baseball game. Called at 5:40 before I got there saying I would get there like 4 minutes before they close so they could get order found and not be held over. Lady on the phone said they shut the lights off 5 minutes before they close, what??? Who advertises that they close at 6:00 and lock their doors at 5:55. I was doing them the favor by calling ahead. This happens to businesses sometimes built up by the parents only to be mismanaged by the children. Customer service is key and this was horrible especially when they knew I was arriving to pick up my order.

Was there for 1/2 an hour looking for lights for my new home. I like being able to look around without being bothered, but at some point it would be nice to be acknowledged. My questions were answered when I asked. Prices in my opinion are better than other places I've been. Will probably order most of my lights here.

Only two sales persons working and both were helping customers when I arrived. Had to wait for service, about 10 minutes. Decent selection of lighting and decorative items.

Always a good experience with knowledge staff. The best prices anywhere.

Very nice lighting fixtures, mirrors, and wall decor. We have purchased here a number of times over the years.
