Be careful buying new watercraft or motorcycles. My salesman started with initial quote at $4000 over sticker price. When I had to ask for itemization of charges 4 times and they did not want to give it. You need to specifically ask them to provide itemized Vehicle + taxes + delivery + prep fee. + doc and title by line item. When they finally showed me the itemization they dropped the total out the door price by $2000 less below initial quote and and vehicle was only discounted $350. Totally a sales gimmick for people who do not take the time to do the math! the the salesman gave a lame explanation that the Manager was offering a special discount that is why they took off the $2000. Yeah... Believe that if you want to. Be careful and do the math.

Five stars to JR and his team. They remembered I was looking for a particular bike over a year ago. When I arrived they had it all ready to go. Went inside they found a decent finance company signed the paperwork and the rest was history. Thanks guys.

skip this place. palm beach location. Worst experience Ive ever had at and retail establishment. Went in to look at an item... seemed like i was bothering them.... walked around by myself for a bit. Got a salesman that recently moved from the parts department so he was clueless. Had me fill out a credit app although i told him I had bad credit and wanted to pay cash. He said he can finance any credit that some guy just got financed with credit in the 500. Keep in mind i am willing to pay cash.... So I gave it a shot and did the application... if your credit is bad apparently they don't call you to let you know anything. They just assume you can't buy anything so the abandon you. I proceeded to call them no less than 10 times trying to get an answer, sales guy would pick say hi and put me on hold till I hung up. Finally after a couple days I got him to transfer me to the credit department where it got even stranger... the credit guy proceeds to belittle me on the phone telling me that with credit score like mine I can't buy anything with credit ever. Asked me whay i was thinking to apply... A simple no would of worked. Needles to say I bought the equipment elsewhere. So sad that a company can have so much... the inventory, the space, product, brand assortment, location etc and bad/ untrained employees can ruin it for them.

My experience with the service department went above and beyond my expectations! I was greeting and helped by Terri and Hayley who made the experience comfortable and not uneasy at all. The 4wheeler was diagnosed and repaired quickly and properly. Thanks to Cody the technician. I can't say enough good about this experience, not that I want to go back for repairs but if I do, I definitely will go back to them. Thank you for you great service, Eric

My wife and I were in the market for some new four wheelers. We went to Broward Motorsports and had a great experience! All the way from the salesman to the finance department. Everyone there is top-notch. I highly recommend them.
