Ken did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was on time and very professional. All phases of the job were fully explained. Carpets look like new again.

We are very happy with our carpets after they were cleaned by Brown's Chem-Dry. They did take a little longer to dry, but the results were great! Professional, answered my questions and friendly. I would hire them again!
