I bought a 100 minute package at the Russell location last fall. I went twice for 7 minutes each. They apparently closed that location so I called the reserve location to find out how many minutes I had left. The girl tells me they haven’t transferred anything over from the other location yet so she’ll have a manager call me because she doesn’t know. Two weeks pass and no call. I call again at 3:30pm on 5/31 and the extremely rude front desk girl tells me I have no minutes and I tell her I bought 100 and only went twice so there’s no way. She says “well they already transferred everything and you don’t have any so I can’t help you.” I tell her there’s no way and that I have to have some in there and she says “well I can’t help you and you don’t have any so you’ll have to talk to the owner. I’ll give her a note.” I tell her I already called once and never got a call back and she said “well I can’t help you any other way so she’ll just have to call you.” Now I’m just out all that money because they decided to close and didn’t properly transfer the information? This sucks.

I go in before closing people are still tanning I want to do the mystic. A half hour before Iclose and the girls like we close at 7pm very rude and unprofessional I will never come again and there beds look like there never cleaned

I'm not even sure how many opportunitys I've given them by calling to ask questions. No one has ever answered the phone! Poor customer service.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I'm in and out in a timely manner! The facility is always clean. Love this place!

The Staff Display Poor Customer Service and are untrained and unaware of company policies, including automatic bill pay. Staff are unresponsive to resolve customer complaints and billing issues often gossiping in customer profile instead of resolving issue. Issues are a direct result of poor employee training. The owner is aware of poor customer satisfation & justifies it as "they are a bunch of 20-year-olds, what do you expect." I would not recommend this business to anyone.
