Only been here twice to get routine care for my new puppy! It's been mostly pleasant. Friendly and respectful staff. They also appear to enjoy their jobs. You don't want a miserable vet and vet nurses to look after your pets now!? There's some confusion with them thinking my dog needed her second lot of vaccinations, but she had those on the second trip. Other than that, I enjoy going there, and love the atmosphere while waiting to be seen!

It was so simple to make an appointment and be seen! The waiting area is clean and orderly. The room you are put in to see the vet is always clean, orderly, and the ladies that work there are extremely nice and friendly! The thing I loved most about Brown's is the Vet that we saw though! He was super nice, explained everything to me, and my dog Sassy loved him! She had to get her vaccines and he played with her and loved on her while secretly giving her the shots and she didnt even notice! Great service and I will always be taking my animals there!

Can't rave enough about this vet! Best ear crop skill! They are great to my dogs. Very kind, informative and patient. Knowledgeable and current on the newest scientific research.

The care team here really wants to do the best for your pets! Our two dogs had their first visit today and the staff went above and beyond (especially with treats) to get a comprehensive history and physical on our pets. Definitely coming back and recommending to others!

It has taken me almost a year to write this. My sweet Jinx suffered from diabetes and mega colon. He quit eating and was very constipated. My doctor didn’t know what else to do for him and, I believe she may have thought he was at the end. He was 16. I took him to Brown’s for a second opinion. The doctor examined him and told me he was in very good health except for his teeth. She said that was why he was unable to eat. She said it was too painful for him. So excited that the answer was so simple, I scheduled him to have all his teeth removed. How I wish I could take that back. Something happened during the surgery that made him go deaf. I thought he was having a bad reaction to the anesthetic because he was stumbling and could barely walk. He was hard to wake up and was startled and I also attributed it to the anesthetic. I think they charged me a little over $1000 for the surgery. I frantically called the next day and they said to bring him in. I found out all they did was put him on the floor and watch him. They thought he was good and charged me $60. I was beginning to realize he couldn’t hear and made many trips up there. I think they did blood work three times, all of it coming back perfectly. This wen on for almost a month. My dear, sweet cat couldn’t hear me tell him how much I loved him and how sorry I was. All in all, they charged me about $2000 and gave my cat the most undignified ending you could imagine. The money means nothing. His suffering was everything. I decided I couldn’t let him go on like this. I was hand feeding him most of the time, hoping for a miracle. I took him back to my original doctor for euthanasia. She felt his stomach and said, since he had lost so much weight she could feel a mass. She told me that she would have never recommended the teeth removal. She said he hardly had any left. I loved him for 16 years. He was the sweetest cat in the world. I will never forgive myself for taking him to Brown’s veterinarian Clinic. He deserved so much more.
