Jay was great!  I love the personal Customer Service that I received... I will be back.

I walked in, how much it'd be to remove links from a watch and replace the battery. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely courteous and quick. All told - $12. I'll be bringing my other watches here for new batteries at that price.

Jay Mallas made my trip to the jewelry store easy and fun, I highly recommend!!
