My fiance and I purchased my wedding bands from Brownlee back in January and everyone we worked with was fantastic. The whole process was seamless from purchase to resizing with about a week turnaround time. We will be getting married this coming September and are planning our trip back to purchase his wedding band from Brownlee.
I Love this wonderful "jewel" of a store! Perfect place to bring Estate jewelry for appraisal. I can't walk in there without wanting more. Staff is very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming.
Excellent customer service, had a piece repaired and bought a pair of earrings.
Jennifer was absolutely amazing! My fiancé got my engagement ring last year and we went in together to get our wedding bands! Hands down the best place/customer service I’ve experienced. So thankful for them and LOVE ring!!!
