I want to give them a zero score out of 100. Poor service and forgot whatever he has promises and never put sign on right time while they have given! do not get your sign and don't believed on him.

If I could I would give this company no stars. I have been dealing with this company for 3 months. The only time I received many phone calls from them, was for a down payment. They came down and took my sign that needed repair, for ransom I'm guessing. They rob Peter to pay Paul. Every time I call them or email them they only respond to the ones that matter to keep me on the hook. NOW I have to wonder how I am going to get my money back and sign. The previous reviews explains it all.

*****WARNING*** DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Totally unprofessional, very poor communication and serious lack of follow up. Make promises that they never keep. Worst of all they hire subcontractors and never pay them so the of course when the subs can't collect from Bruce Sign they go back the client and you end up paying twice for the same service. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
