Bruegger's Bagels

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and they gave me sesame. Also, the lack of crème cheese was outstanding compared to other bagel shops. The customer service is also lacking. You don’t have that warm welcoming vibe. It could be a lack of staff or poor management.

I gave this place two chances. The first time I went they obviously were short staff so wait time was extremely long and the workers seemed disgruntled. I didn't leave a review because I wanted to try again under better circumstances. Today I went and they seemed much better staffed. Customer service skills need improvement. Take a lesson from Chick-fil-A please. My sandwich was good. However the drink machine was dirty and there was water all over the floor in front of the machine. I almost slipped but caught my balance. Food is ok but not good enough for me to return and face mediocre customer services and risk possible injury.

Associate that helped me was great she was very friendly her attitude was Amazing!!!! Wanted ice coffee but guy at the register told me they only had sugar packets and I didn't want to be crunching on sugar. Need to invest in liquid sugar!

Bagels were good. One staff member was very rude when asked if our order was almost ready. A simple yes would have worked instead of her rude response and tone! I wish I knew her name to call her out.

Great experience! Julia that made our bagel was super fast and Jasmine at the register was so friendly and upbeat. Really enjoyed our experience.

I come here regularly and so I’ve given y’all so many chances to improve but boy am I disappointed? I tried ordering online, asked for bacon avocado tomatoes with 2 egg whitesI was charged extra for this and an orange juice, what I got was quite different, no tomatoes and I didn’t get egg whites and no explanation; that’s if you ran out of it. I had to throw away your bagel. And there’s really no need adding a number on your webpage if no one is going to answer, it keeps telling me to press 3 over and again

half and half container hasn't been clean in weeks. Didn't want to add but had to. Asked for buttered bagel wanted little butter the bag was dripping of butter on my car seat. Will try one more time only

I do believe one part of Bruegger's Bagels name is "Bagels", go in today and practically out of most of what I wanted! sorry, not sorry....will not give my money to that establishment Ever again!

First time here, the attendant was very friendly and helped me make a good choice. Iced coffee was great as well. Awesome place and the bagel was hot, fresh and DELICIOUS. Recommended!!

First and last time here. As someone who doesn't enjoy bagels, I certainly did like the bagel I ordered. My friend's and I all got different Bagels and each one was equally as good. However, I will not be coming back here. The staff here, all of them, are despicable. They are definitely not happy to be working here. There were atleast 6 ladies working here and not a single one had an ounce of customer service skills. My friend's and I were "assisted" by a girl with long locks. I said assisted but in reality she just looked at us while we ordered and did not utter a thing. She was rude and didn't wait for us to finish ordering when she instantly turned around dismissing us. She then got upset when we had to finish ordering with the girl at the register. Only made her job a tad bit more complicated by her own doing. For the people that are still deciding to come back to eat here, I'd suggest you come with A LOT of patience. I know I certainly have it and have much more patience in not helping businesses that have employees like these.
