Bruegger's Bagels

Usually the bagels are good and the service is fine. However, today I got a bagel with cream cheese and I got almost no cream cheese. Not sure why I'm paying for nothing?? So disappointed.

Great selection for bagels and cream cheese. I loved the jalapeno cream cheese.

Everything I hoped for in a warm early morning bagel on my first visit just off an overnight ride from Philadelphia to South Station and eager to see the sights around Boston Harbor. But I wished I had it with butter instead of cream cheese as it was very messy to eat. The coffee also was very good.

Great group of people work here. The only thing that doesn't get them the 5 stars is that the iced coffee is somewhat weaker than I prefer. I recommend the mug club if you work in the area though. Great bargain if you drink 3 coffee's a week you pay for it quickly.

Really polite staff, and a decently quiet place to grab a bite to eat in Boston. If you like bagels, this is the best place to get fresh made bagels with artisan cream cheese.

Unfortunately fruit flies seen in the environs of the cream cheese tubs behind counter. Lotsa people don’t really notice it because you have to peer over a bit. But it’s a mandatory two-star shave off the top.

Better than the other locations I've been too. Somewhat overpriced for quality, but a good place to go if you've woke up late and need to grab something quick. Good location too, being near South Station.

Ordered a turkey and cheese with honey mustard, it had spicy brown mustard on it, so I politely asked the guy to make me a new one, he said he put honey mustard on it and I was mistaken then refused to make another, it wasn't a great first experience there

Nice. Great deal on the big bundle. If one has time to do efficoency studies, this would be the place on Fri. morning. Like how many people one can add before productivity goes down. Or, how does the young people's hearing impairment helps create confusion. Or, does it make sense to pay a dollar more for a person who is just a bit better at what they do. Or, the decteasing/marginal gains if one continues to pay more and more to improve speed. All could be just a bit faster. Too tough to figure it all out, but looking forward to see what happens.

2 stars, because I asked for 4 bagels and only received 3, and paid for 4 bagels with 4 cream cheese. So I was overcharged, and the server was rude while serving me.
