Had a great time ! We had fun, family friendly place, clean. Had a two hour lane reservation. I just wish that my lane #36 wouldn't break down with returning the ball and the reset of the pins. At two hrs it shutdown. Even though I had to wait several times for the breakdowns.
Took my family for some family fun this Friday evening. Ordered adult drinks and non alcoholic drinks, drinks were crisp and refreshing and glasses clean. Ordered 3 different types of pizzas and were surprisingly delicious. Ordered fries, wings and garlic bread and were all hot and freshly made. Service was quick and servers were kind. As things got busy service got slow but understandable as I saw at least 30 families there. Workers really tried their best to make everyone happy. My advice go early or avoid busy weekends to get the best service and order anything on the menu and get ready to get blown away, how good bowling alley food can be. I recommend this place for safe family fun or a fun date night with your special someone.
We had an amazing time bowling! The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We particularly wanted to thank Jeff manager for his warm hospitality..
Nice friendly Server Kaley she was Great and on the job. Beer was a lil warm and she quickly fixed it . Fast and friendly serve and lanes are clean and restrooms clean. Handicap parking available and access also.
Was very annoyed that I was charged a 18% gratuity fee for ordering from "my table" AND not being told about it. I ordered about $60 worth of food and the charge was $11. And I gave her an extra tip not even knowing it was extra! I would have went and ordered and waited for my food at the snack shack if I would have known. U would think with that fee they would have came to check on us to see if we needed more drinks or clean up our table. Nope! We had to get up several times to get refills on our drinks and they never came to clean up the table so we sat there with trash and pans all over the table while we were bowling. Very unhappy
Had a birthday party here. Service and everything was wonderful. They kept the food rolling so everyone didn't have to rush to get what they wanted or be left without. Same with drinks. They had the additional menu for anyone who wanted something else as well. The bowling was fun too.
Pay attention to the prices. They just let you bowl and you pay at the end. I thought it was $10 per game with any number of players. It’s actually $10 per player per game. 4 kids, 2 adults, 2 hours of bowling was $315. Plus food came out to a $600 night of bowling! I thought Disneyland was expensive…
Attended a bday party for my friends husband. Svc was outstanding. It was very clean and the equipment worked. They even offered my friend a credit for the people who didn't attend. That was awesome.
This is an old Brownwick, and it's remodeled and well taken care of, and the staff was very attentive.
Worst managed bowling alley I have ever been to. Way over priced food and drinks and a large portion of the pins are broken. Plus the lanes keep closing down and resetting. Maintence tells us wires are lose, the reason for the constant resets. Sounds like a fire hazard. Manager should be fired and hire someone who knows how to actually run a business and take care of their customers. If I could give a negative score....I would.
