The person serving me was nice but charging so much. Other locations have 50 to 75 CENTS, key word cents, for extra topping but this one was so overpriced. They charged a dollar-fifty for m&ms. When I ordered the ice cream, there was barely anything in there. The scoops were really small and very sparse toppings. I would give zero stars if I could. Save your time and money and go to a different location. One that actually gives a decent amount of ice cream. I’m never coming here again.

Great service, good ice cream for most. I give it 4 stars because they had NO sugar free or no sugar added etc ice cream. Very disappointing when a family wants to celebrate a special milestone with their kid. My son was the only one out of 4 to get ice cream. Really don't care to come back after that. Sorry.

Won't be back again. Went here twice and had bad experiences both times.
Came in here today with 2 kids, an 8yo and 5 yo. Ordered a $6 waffle cone and $4 kids cup. And the owner (an older lady) gave 1 napkin each, and 1 is literally wrapped around the waffle cone so there is nothing to use to wipe his hands and face. Then my 5 yo dropped his ice cream and I told my 8 yo to ask for 5 napkins so we can clean up their floor, she told him to use the one that's wrapped around his cone 😡😡😡. I was flabbergasted when my 8 yo told me that. Then she proceed to tell him that she WON'T give him 5 napkins and only gave him 2 napkins. FOR REAL??? They ARE just napkins, that I was about to use to clean their floor instead of leaving their floor dirty. Then, I went up there to get more, since the 2 napkins she gave won't be enough, and she gave me another 2. Like how cheap can they be, to refuse a customers napkins? Their 1 scoop of ice cream is almost $4 but they can't even give enough napkins.
I gave up, I cleaned the floor as much as I can.
To answer the owner below: No thanks! You (MOG location) just cheap to your customers, and how are you gonna sanitize a sidewalk? And whatever the reason for the napkins, you just don't be so cheap with napkins.
You want to go to Brusters? Go drive 2 miles to the one by Kroger by 124 and Gravel Springs. Went there every single time, and amazing service every single time. You'll get your money's worth.

Most mediocre Bruster's visit. First time to the mall of ga location and I won't be returning! 1. The young lady serving me, clearly does not enjoy her job here. 2. It was the saddest ice cream cone I've ever had from Bruster's, and considering I tip over 20% every time, $5.00 for a sad ice cream cone is not acceptable. Whoever made that batch of mint fudge crunch needs to be re-taught their job. No fudge ripple, no crunch and Ive ordered this from several other locations. The whole experience was very dissappointing!

If I could give them a zero I would I order icecream with pecan nut and they charge me 1.25 for three lol so I told them that don’t look extra can I have more she said it’s going to be 1.25 I said ok they gave me three more my I cream had six pecan in it really greed here owner was there I ask to talk to her she an Indian lady and they said I couldn’t bc thenowner didn’t want to talk to me this is not how you treat your customers don’t come here there they are cheap and greed with there romping I ask for sprinkles for my kid I cream and was charged for it but got none told them and they charge me again and they only put like 10 on it come on really
