As the wife of a professional medical traveller, Perry and his family made our transition here so smooth. They thought of everything we could possibly need and ensured it was available. I feel safe and secure behind the locked gates and am five minutes away from everything. 10/10 recommend for other travellers.
Absolutely wonderful building. Outstanding location at the edge of Midtown. We have now purchased eight units in the building and have retained a penthouse unit for a weekend getaway. Very affordable rent with the utilities included in the cost. Gated parking area, fantastic pool, security and so very important, an on site building manager who is outstanding. Bryton Tower is truly affordable living in the midtown area.
I absolutely loved my rental, the owner had fixed that place up perfectly. Loved my balcony. The neighborhood is a bit dodgy but I never had a problem. When I was there Mike Briggs was the complex manager and he ran a tight ship. Occasionally the elevator would go out of service but over all it is a lovely old building set like a, well like a tower on a hill.
I’ve lived here for the past 4 years. The elevator breaks about twice a year, although one year I felt like it broke at least once a month. You can either rent an apartment facing west and get the TN-AR bridge view which is beautiful, specially when there’s a storm since most storms usually travel west to east or you can get an apartment facing east, and you get the midtown view you can see a glimpse of Overton Park from the fourth floor. A great place to live. Extremely affordable. The location is a little scary, at first, but we have never had any incidents. Dog rules are ridiculous they expect you to take your dog outside the gate, at night, in this neighborhood, to go potty, but at least they provide you with bags to pick up after your dog.
I was in Memphis for three months for a clinical rotation, and Bryton Tower was a perfect fit for me! I always felt safe on the grounds, and the building is comprised of an eclectic, diverse, friendly group of individuals. Bryton Tower is located 0.5 miles from the medical district and is within 3 miles of all the great entertainment spots in downtown and midtown. Perhaps the two friendliest faces were those of the HOA administrator, Bill, and the maintenance man, Rickey. They always greeted my dog and me with smile, and they knew me by name from the day I moved into the building. If you are looking for a residence that is centrally located between midtown and downtown in which you will feel secure, Bryton Tower would be an excellent choice.
I LOVE living at Bryton Tower! I've gotten to know many of my neighbors, and because of that, I feel safer, and more comfortable than anywhere else I've ever lived. I also love the variety of floor plans. I highly recommend Bryton Tower. I've never met anyone who didn't love living here.
Very nice friendly and caring people. All units have balconies and the lobby is out of this world! Brighton Towers and some condominium complex with some owners renting units. Mostly for people over 50.
I toured this apartment and the landlord Carl was too lazy to clean two studio apartments before showing them to me. The first one had a dead Roach in the tub and loose wiring. Both units had dirty refrigerators and bad floor boards in the bathroom closets. The second unit had wet spots in the ceiling and holes. Filthy! The landlord's office chair for guests to sit bad a filthy spot on it that looked like urine or coffee. Carl had on sweat pants and he told me he lives in the building. It looked like he got out of bed and came straight to work.
Wonderful 70's type construction - 12 floors, condos and apartments, clean laundry room, we'll maintained pool - great people - easy access to all locations.
I spent 9 wonderful months in this building. Loved it! Very comfortable, friendly, secure, and private place. The views are amazing!!!!!
