BTB Products

I really don't understand how BTB products has such a low rating? Brian at BTB helped me numerous time's during the 7 year process of building my 63 FJ40. All of the parts that I had purchased were top quality, top of the line parts and he alway made sure the parts I did order were the proper ones for what ever application I intended . I say keep up the good work guy! Jim

Great shop with a very customer focused approach. They can also fix a Land Cruiser any way you want. From a bone stock restoration to anything you could want.

BTB Products are eBay Pirates! To me BTB stands for Buyers Totally Beware! And true beware of dishonest and con sellers. I paid $550 for a new radiator on eBay and received their other listing of damaged radiator that was listed at $300 value. Only because he thinks I am at Australia?? Unbelievable, He lists two items the same one damaged one not. Then he sends the damaged one for the buyer that pays $550!!!!!! and I wanted to buy an oil pan from them the next day morning, but when I opened the box the whole world had changed. I couldn't breathe for a second.. Today the world is very small and there are good and bad profits. Good profit is when you have repeat customers and when they become your advertisement and they refer business. Bad profit is when someone like BTB (Buyers Totally Beware) sells something once and they upset a customer for their money to badmouth them at every forum. It backfires and its bad for the business and therefore the if the business like BTB (Buyers Totally Beware) doesnt change their core image their mentality they will eventually go out of business. So think twice, research, take a look at others opinions and you'll see what I am talking about. BTB (..) is far from flawless even at eBay. I have made a mistake and gave them 5star just because I have not opened the parcel and checked carefully. You should be more careful doing business with btb. Save yourself a headache and remeber BEWARE FROM BTB!
