Our first time here and definitely did not disappoint! The servers were so friendly and accommodating, which is difficult to find these days. The atmosphere was fresh and open with high ceilings, giving the area a larger feel. Now the food, omg. We had Miso Soup, crab Rangoon rolls, pineapple rice with penko crumb fried chicken and of course, bao Clean and fresh flavors, shared dishes, enough food to fill us both. And that Vietnam iced coffee Will definitely be back.
Having been to several of the Ramen spots in Manchester, Buba Noodle Bar is clearly a front runner. The Shoyu Ramen and Pho are must try options here. Staff is attentive, and the atmosphere is warm. The best part is that the food tastes fresh and would be a great spot for a small gathering or dining alone.Food: 5/5
Suuuuuper friendly service and fantastic food. Definitely lucky to have Buba as our local noodle spot!Food: 4/5
I ate here last night and was blown away by the meal. The pork belly baos were life-changing. Everything I tried was so good! Even my vegan husband found food to enjoy. I will be a frequent repeat customer for sure! Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options without sparing the flavor.
Service was a bit slow on a Tuesday lunch, the place was barely occupied but it's hard to blame them when there's only 2 poor souls working and they're trying their hardest. The pork bao was really good, thumbs up for that. Then, we ordered 3 different sets of ramen and we all noticed the noodles were lacking, which was kinda disappointing. Over all, it wasn't too bad.
Amazing food and service! A little confused about the sign being "Vietnamese" since they make such amazing Japanese food. Are you a mixed Vietnamese-japanese household?! Would definitely come back!Food: 5/5
Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! And great service! This place just celebrated their 5yr anniversary and I wish I knew about them sooner! What a great lunch, dinner, date spot! If I lived near by id be there every day!
Unfortunately tastes very inauthentic. Ingredients needed more seasoning across the board, meats were not marinated long enough, and broth tasted wicked watered down. No options to add to broth either in terms of sauces or pastes. Service was attentive enough though a bit slow, several tables that came in after us got their food and drink faster, but the ambience and atmosphere was cute and cozy at least. If you have ever had any authentic pho or ramen you'll be disappointed. Also pricey for the portions. Bartender warned us about the parking next door at 30 Lowell, it's a parking scam- gives you no option to pay for parking as machine is "out of order" and the owners of the lot will tow.
Everytime we come, well it's really good. Although they seems to change the menu quite often...Still good Food: 5/5
Been meaning to try this place for a long time. Honestly I thought it was way over priced for the quality. I believe the high reviews is due to the fact that most attendees have never had authentic pho in a place like Boston, NYC, Chicago, etc. I have never paid so much for so little or had tofu priced separately when ordering vegan pho. I won’t be back but listen if you can’t get to Boston give it a try it’s not bad definitely a 6 out of 10.
