Curly hair beware The price the booking website said and the price my haircut ended up being was wildly different- a 50% increase from $42 to $65 before tip I suspect this is because A. my shoulder blade length hair, ostensibly medium length in my opinion, was considered long; and B. The stylist available was a more expensive stylist. The original quote was given to me after I had selected "any stylist". The final page of the website gave no indication that this price was subject to change. Hairstylist cut off more than I was expecting, didn't take into consideration my natural hair texture, and was kinda rough with the brush drying my hair. Also, when I arrived she rudely and forcibly removed my hair tie- home girl could have just asked me to take my hair down. Update: I just washed my hair to get the curls back and I'm really disappointed in my cut. The stylist clearly didn't understand my hair type and the amount of shrinkage I would have. I started the cut off saying that I wanted a trim. Halfway through, it was suggested that I get some angled pieces at the front to frame my face. I didn't have a ton of time to consider as the whole appointment seemed rushed. I figured the professional hair stylist would know best, so I agreed. I feel like the length she showed me vs the length she took off is very different. Now, with my curly hair, those "face framing" pieces are between ear and chin length. My also hair seems much thinner than before as most of the volume in my hair is at the front which now doesn't exist. The front also doesn't seem to connect to the back. I look like I'm growing out bangs. It's clear that the stylist had no understanding of my hair type, even though she commented that I had curly hair right at the start of the appointment. After getting blow-dryed and styled, she said I should use a flat iron to swoop out the front. I have type 3A/B hair, it doesn't work like that. Very disappointed in my cut. Regret the whole thing. This cut will take me years to rectify.Services: Blowdry

Albania is an incredible stylist. She is talented, caring and personable. My hair has been ravaged from medicine and she has taken the time and care to bring my hair back to health. I love how my hair turned out. But the price was double of what I expected/saw from the website. First, I got assigned to a different designer from who I made my reservation with because the designer was still working on someone else. And their rate difference was not mentioned to me at all. I was okay with paying more to match her actual rate, but they should have let me know about it before I needed to pay. So I paid $57 before tips for my haircut but when I checked the website afterward, her rate is marked at $45. So there definitely is a rate discrepancy between what you actually pay and the website.

Candace is a treasure!! She’s a sweet, wonderfully talented stylist! I have natural hair I’m African American. I’d been struggling to find a new stylist for over 2 years after the one that I had for nearly 15 years stopped doing hair during the COVID pandemic. I’m glad that Candace and I connected, and I’m proud to say she is my new Stylist! My hair is SO healthy and I’m learning to maintain it better all thanks to her! Thank you, Candace! Veronica at this salon is so amazing! She made me feel so beautiful and did above and beyond the lowlights I asked for ! She styled it so well too and helped me pick the perfect color.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Muna is my go-to. I have boring straight hair but she always manages to make it look so much better.

Making an appointment at Bubbles has been super easy for me. I need appointments after work hours during the week, and scheduling has worked out. Karen is an exceptional hair stylist. She knows exactly what to do to make my hair look its best, from the hair color she mixes to the way she trims and styles it. I will continue as a regular customer.

Worst haircut experience! the stylist used electric shaver on my long hair and she was in a rush or something; she probably pulled out more hair than she cut; after several times saying ouch and please be gentle she still keep doing it, very fast and harsh; it was a torture because every second she was hurting my scalp; plus the hair was all over me because she didn’t use the blow dryer on the apron after the cut, and I have to sit there with my apron full of hair wait for 10 minutes for the hair wash;and when I booked appointment it was 35 dollars on the website for cut and wash; the bill came as 47 dollars and minimum 20% tip; Why would anyone spend 55 dollars on a shave like that?
