Caleb and James were nothing short of awesome! They were friendly, treated us like fam, so easy and it made the deal hard to turn down. Not only was our deal something we couldn’t refuse, they got our bike in the back and swapped everything out with a quickness. It was hassle free which made it the best deal we’ve ever made. We like their service center too. All around a great group!

Great store in the Dayton area of Ohio. Friendly sales associates and staff that offered assistance. Floor layout is open and expansive. Store is clean and welcoming.

Had a 56.00 srore credit tried to use it and was told after a year its no good they said it expired in September. I will never spend another $ in there. I posted this last evening not expecting anything to come of it just a place for me to vent. However Kristin the General Manager wanted me to talk with her about the problem. I called her this afternoon we talked and she apologized for the mishap assured me she would reinstate the credit to my account. She was very professional and easy to talk to. I am totally pleased with the outcome and will change my rating to 5 STARS THANKS AGAIN KRISTIN .

Watch what you sign. I had charges that were on the paperwork that is so confusing and that I was under the standing of we made a deal I wasn't paying for. That you don't find out about it until they shuffle all the papers in front of you and have you sign them and it's too late then. It is so utterly confusing you almost have to be a CPA to make sense of all of it. I will take responsibility for the fact I didn't really understand all of it like I thought I did. They got me good but I bet it never happens again.

Mel was AMAZING! She made out day by finding us some specific Halloween ride shirts we were looking forward and she was so so nice as is the entire staff!!!

I just want to let everybody out there know whether you live close or six hours away like me it is well worth your time to go to Buckeye Harley-Davidson you can't lose it's a win-win situation when you go there I can almost guarantee you'll find something that you'll fall in love with and the people are very respectful and very caring they'll take all the time in the world that you need to help fit you to the right bike

Stopped by to check out this dealership while in the Dayton area. Large facility, friendly staff. Picked up another poker chip for my modest collection.

This place is great, this is the second bike I have purchased here. Saw a bike I was interested in on their website. Called the dealership and they put me in touch with Jake, my sales man. I had two Harleys to trade in on this one and a few days later we worked out a deal. They actually had to have it shipped from a sister store to sell to me. I drove to Ohio from Indiana to finalize paperwork. That is when I met Jake face to face, and he introduced me to Corey the sales manager. A little later I sat down with James the finance manager and we went over the purchase. Then I got to experience their new buyer tradition. They put some rock n roll on over the loud speakers, announce your name, your purchase and welcome you to the Buckeye HD family. Then as you walk through the floor bikes, all the sales staff turn the lights and honk the horns. Then you get to ring the purchase bell while the whole store cheers and get your picture taken with your salesman. This is my 6th Harley and this was by the coolest purchase tradition yet. I would recommend buying a bike from them just to experience it. Then on Sunday they delivered my new Harley to Indiana in a trailer and picked up my two trades and the purchase was officially complete. So I would like to give a big shout out to Jeff, Corey and James for making this happen. If your are at all looking for a new or used Harley give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed.

The moment I walked in the door I saw how fun they made the experience of buying a motorcycle. I'd you didn't love it they wouldn't push it. A lot of people don't like going to car dealerships, this is completely different and a lot more fun.

Absolutely gorgeous layout inside the building. Motorcycles were lined up in neat rows. Leather jackets were priced from $400. Any kind of accessories that you can think of were on display. Plus the Wall of Death show was incredible! Food truck was fabulous and the owners were/are fantastic! The food was awesome too! Knife & ring make Jim was great to talk with! Scentsy lady was terrific too! Even manned her booth, so she could grab some grub to eat! A great overall experience!
