I recently had my 2018 Silverado in for service because my Chevy service could not look at my vehicle in a timely manner. Although it was not a Cadillac they were able to repair my truck under warranty and get it back to me in a timely manner. Great customer service!
Cadillac currently has two vital assets that I have deemed professional and well knowledged in their fields, respectfully. Ask for Bryant Ward, the Service Director, and Skylar Whitaker, the auto mechanic.
We love Cadillac of Memphis formerly Bud Davis. Keith Dial is the best sales rep and this is my second vehicle I have purchased from him. The 2021 Escalade is the most luxurious SUV on the market today. Once you Cadillac, you can't go back! I love that place!
