I was in there last night 7/9/24 being helped by a very nice African American gentleman. I had chosen my vape and 1 juice and was looking for another flavor when a gentleman with tattoos on his face said “your spending to long and we have other customers” They had one other customer in there surely he could have helped that person. Needless to say my husband and I walked out.
Lovely people in an otherwise unlovely area. The shop is always clean and the people who work there seem to enjoy it. Great variety in vape and delta/THSee products.
Firstly Customer Service was over the top, as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by 3 or more welcoming smiles! The ladies behind the counter were more than knowledgeable and had no problem explaining individual products and the benefits they provide. I'm from out of town, but if local this shop would be for me! Prices fair.
Handheld glass pieces are weak or some are definitely poorly made. In addition we didn't get a sales promotion for a bogo for another item and had to pay. Check out another buddha franchise down in lake wylie. Definitely wouldn't recommend the pipes though.

Love this place! Great neighborhood shop across the street from Ayrsley. Staff is awesome and they have a huge selection. Love the reward points program too!
If you’re a concentrate smoker, do not come to this store. They sell overpriced broken rigs that they will not test before selling or will not return or exchanged because it’s used. In addition to that I only bought one that was store recommended and it turned out to be bad. Just avoid this place
