I have been impressed since the first phone call for buddies services. It started with Sara Who answered the phone and the experience was fast, friendly, courteous knowledgeable. Kudos for the way in which they’re set up online and their communication billing and payment structure. Super simple. The day of the pick up Jackson and Kelly called ahead to let me know they were 20 minutes out and they were exactly on time in the window given. These two gentlemen were professional prompt and worked together as a team. They had everything cleaned out loaded within 40 minutes. OUTSTANDING!!! This team went above and beyond for us, they cleaned out a completely filled to the TOP.. every room single wide trailer that was previously owned by a MAJOR HOARDER and this was not just collectable Junk items.. it was more trash then Treasures.. These guys are awesome! Communication was top notch. They came and did the job quickly. They were awesome. Easy to talk to and very polite. Justin and the team have done their job amazingly. They showed up in the window time frame given and the office staff communicated well. When Buddy's got to my home, they were quick about removing what I didn't need anymore and took as much as possible in one trip. He even came back for a second load, same day which was very helpful. I love that they donate items that can be donated. This is my 4th time using Buddy's services and I am always happy with their work.

I highly recommend Buddy's Services, LLC and Justin & Cory, the owners! We needed a lot of junk removed from our back yard, including large metal and plastic pipes, cement blocks, long, bulky plastic panels. They responded immediately, the price is reasonable, they worked very quickly and efficiently and did a super job.
