Lady helping us was extremely rude and tried to make it our problem they had reservations over the weekend. Attempted to blame it on timing, when I had booked the truck weeks in advance. She does not manage this part of the business well.

I've always had good experiences with Budget, they always have the best prices and their trucks are clean and well maintained.  I have used them several times and have also used their competitors...I would choose Budget hands down over those other guys every time.
