The staff is free tans very helpful. Especially the young lady who was concern about my safety before driving off. She was very helpful and professional.

The car had mechanical issues and budget was informed, nothing was done to correct the issue. During my pickup, the representative was abrupt and rude.

Charged me over $120 extra for arriving late by 25 minutes. I had my drop off at 11pm, when nobody showed up, I used drop off and the rental was checked out on next day morning. They did not refund upon contacting.
