Budget Inn

Had the look and feel of an hourly motel. AC didn't really cool room. The savings wasn't worth the ick factor for me.

Can go somewhere else cleaner and cheaper

They treat they guest with the up most respect

I stayed there for two weeks in a non smoking room and it was nicely decorated, my one issue was that the floor wasn't mopped daily but quiet I felt safe wish I could've stayed there until I found permanent housing, I didn't want to run out of money.

This motel is one of my favorites, nothing fancy but discreet, clean, cable, ac, heat, all you need for a romantic short stay with a beautiful companion.

You get what you pay for. It's not a bad hotel but it ain't five stars either. The lady at the front is sweet.

Horrible service terrible location as well as disrespectful and rude owners who live on the property and will kick you out after you paid for a week and take your money and tell you the for the cops on you if you won't leave the rooms are filthy

Not bad....not amazing. Good in a tough spot! They are not in the location Google Maps puts them.... try plugging in 447 Allen. It will get you to the right place. Clean. No bed bugs. Simple and cheap!
