Budget Rent A Car

Kevin was courteous, professional, and attentive. The vehicles were clean, gassed up and ready to go. No issues whatsoever. They’ll get my business whenever I need a rental.

The staff at both pick up and drop off were extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with my experience. The car I was given was clean and comfortable

The car was in poor condition both outside and inside, with a hit on the left side and somebody smoked in it. Awkward customer service was provided. Although there were some cars in the lot, they said you had two choices: either take this car or have no options. I would accept to downgrade or upgrade. I've just canceled the booking and went to Hertz where I received a new car with only 400 miles in it.

The only reason for a 4* rating versus a 5* was the fact that I was not informed of the additional $250 deposit that was added when I came to pick the vehicle up. Seems like a bad business practice to me. I had already purchased the additional insurance and just about everything else to cover me in case of an accident so I'm not sure why the extra $250 fee that was HIDDEN in the fine print. And I even asked the lady that assisted me on the phone about any hidden fees before pick up. She assured me there was no other fees. Lol! Seems like a stupid way to make potential customers use a different company!

Great customer service, nice cars, and a positive environment. Definitely will be renting from them again!

We are currently in roadtrip from miami to San Francisco. We pass by the budget cause we had some questions. I never received a service like that. It was super. I recommend them!!!

Chelsea is outstanding. She asked what car we wanted, I told her and within just a few minutes we were driving off. The vehicle was a gmc and it felt like we was driving off from a dealership but only way better. It was amazing checking in and out. Chelsea is very helpful and showed us the features in the vehicle before driving off. Thank you Chelsea for such a great experience. We will be back for sure.

I definitely will NEVER use budget rental EVER again! I rented a car on a Friday to go visit my sons for the weekend out of state. When I picked my car up Friday morning the woman who helped us was VERY rude and acted like she just didn’t have time for us even though we were the very first customers in the door that morning at open. I brushed it off and went on my trip. Kept the car a day late due to returning super late. Well when I returned the car, I was charged an extra $376 dollars. I called and the rude woman who helped me originally answered and told me that I smoked in their car!! I did not once smoke in this vehicle the entire trip and even had cleaned the interior and interior windows myself prior to returning! My kids had made a mess so I felt obligated to clean it come. I do not like dishonest people. If honesty and good service are something you look for when renting a vehicle, then I’d steer WAY clear of budget....

I was a bit disappointed not by my rental it was awesome and the girl when I went to return the vehicle she was awesome no complaints at all. 3 stars because I had it for 4 days and I paid 330 dollars when I literally thought it was 270 but I was too tire to even argue or say anything at that point I wanted to leave.

The area was clean and staff was friendly. Regardless that the budge associate was working with a difficult patron who kept changing their mind on which vehicle , the associate remained calm and professional. I was met with the same courtesy and the transaction was simple and straight forward. There was a single associate during this time running both avis and budget which when combined with the assistant to the difficult patron put a decent burden on the very professional associate. I would as budget to provide better care for their employees. The vehicle was new, clean and the check out was of the car lot was fast. I would use again and recommend to others.
