It was actually pretty surprising. I lived here a couple of years ago and there were lots of cockroaches. I've been here a month now and haven't seen one. Front desk staff is friendly-ish. Management...no comment. Rooms are nice. But it's really pricey probably because corporate said everybody else are raising prices why not us.Rooms: 5/5
I have been here 2 weeks and its been great. Its clean quiet and no one bothers you. Staff is pretty nice too. Rooms: 5/5
Always nice and friendly staff. Rooms nice n clean. Will stay again still there.Rooms: 5/5
Wish it wasn't so expensive to staying there. 3 weeks in advance required, cleaning deposit, this fee or that fee, makes it a challenge for most people to be able to do it. But if you're able to come up with what is basically the same as a first and last month price to rent an apartment the sole remaining benefit is no credit check
One of the sharpest, most comfortable studio apartments I've ever lived in. Spacious and nicely furnished - with wood floors in the kitchen and bathroom and carpet in the bedroom. I like the walk-in closet. Rent is weekly or monthly - up to you - and includes utilities except for wi-fi which is $50 per month. And it was spotless when I moved in. You could smell the freshly painted walls and shampooed carpets. On top of that, it's in a good location on the southern end of the Strip. Added conveniences include a laundry room and a couple of small swimming pools to give you that 'resort feeling' without the resort price. Smith's Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and there's a small convenience store right around the corner, open 24/7. If you're looking for an extended-stay room at a fair price, you could do a lot worse. PS: Special thanks to Heidi and the front desk staff and to the Courtesy Patrol Officer who showed me the unit and answered all of my questions. He should be promoted to sales.
These are just as disgusting now as they were 15 years ago. The only difference is they have the audacity to charge more.Rooms: 1/5
I made the mistake of starting laundry before midnight, but not in enough time to finish by midnight. I've never been to laundromat that wouldn't let you finish your laundry if you started prior to closing time. A few minutes after midnight, a very rude security guard screamed at me and threw me out of the laundry room even though my wet clothes were in the dryer. He didn't care and stated I could get them in the morning. He also stated ' I was "lucky he wasn't filing a complaint against me with management." This is very disappointing because I've been staying here for about six months and I've had no complaints against the facility. It's clean, well run and virtually insect free. It's unfortunate that one person can damage the reputation of a facility with such poor customer service.
I didn't stay here. I visited some friends from out of town. It seemed okay. I took one star off because of the seedy looking people loitering around at night. I saw what might have been a homeless person looking around for a shelter to sleep in. It's huge. There are 2 "A" buildings and 2 "B" Buildings. So be sure you know which building. The location is excellent, I passed a Smith's 5 minutes away in my drive home. The building was well maintained on the outside and inside. I thought the interior looked like it came from the 80's and there was a microwave oven. Overall not bad. If you really need short term accommodations, and don't have friends and family to stay with this place is a solution. It's in a good location. It definitely made me appreciate my own condo when I got home.
I really like the way the staff treats me. Cyndi is my absolute favorite person. Took time to show me the Units. Great personality. Great people person. This is very, very important. Thank you all for being great people, security ya'll rock. Keep up the good work you're doing. Thank you for caring and doing your job to the best of your ability. God bless you all.
They do a background check on your name only and then tell you that you have an eviction even though you've been at the same location for the last seven years and haven't lived anywhere else so how do you have an eviction in 2019 when you haven't been anywhere else? Tell them the middle name isn't even the same and they say I have to go down to the courthouse and prove it isn't me why should I have to go prove anything?!?!?!
