Budget Truck Rental

I have only called on the services of this Budget Truck Rental twice in my life, once for a car rental and once for a truck rental to move my home. My first experience was okay, however I was "upgraded" from a Ford Mustang, that I was promised would be available, to a Ford C-Max hybrid bubble car. Good joke Budget! This week, I scheduled a truck for my big move, was told the day before my move that the truck was not going to be available. When I tried to call back, no one answered the phone... I chose Budget because it was a more convenient option to leave my vehicle and pick up the moving truck but was going to spend more to do that. Now, I am going with Uhaul, they are cheaper and less convenient but they have a truck for me and confirmed it same day. I do not recommend this Budget Truck Rental, maybe others are fine...

Easy rental, great customer service, and cost-effective! Moved a one bedroom apartment about fifty miles for under $100! It's located inside the Kmart but that didn't cause any problems for us.
