I give it 1 star but would give it 0 if there was an option. Staff sucks ecept for the black manager, but all other employees have no customer service all of them should be fired and this is coming from a manager who specialize in high-end retail and customer service. I would never spend another dollar at this used high priced, stinky, dirty thrift store.

So these people are vary disrespectful they stereotype you right away. when i was in the store i came in to sell 15 pairs of shoes 5 pair a pants Jodan's, Nike's, Under Armor really good condition, first they lied to me about what they price there stuff at 2 times over phone said they sell there shoes at 17bucks i walkin to store had 2 people in front of me trying to sell cloths both customers walked out the store with what they came in with pretty mad at how they treated them and low balled them. meanwhile i was walking around store i notices they priced there shoes at $24-30 bucks they offers me 33 bucks ahhahahah for all stuff i had.Then they got all mad and started to throw all my stuff back at me upset that i wouldn't take the money NO ONE GO HERE trust me :) it was entertaining to see how mad they were LOL :)

This place is SOOOOOO SHADY!!!!! They totally stole my ID. I went back & called several times and they "never found it". RIGHT! I went back to try and retreive my ID and also my money that my bf forgot to get the first time. Yeah my bf is an idiot but they are BEYOND CORRUPT & SHADY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ETHICS WHATSOEVER! They said they could not give us our money even though I had the receipt, all because we didn't collect it the first time. Ummmm EXCUSE ME?! Not only that - but they wouldn't let me return the shoes I bought the first time because their "not in style" EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT THEM 4 FREEKEN DAYS PRIOR!!!! AND THEY ARE THE IDIOTS THAT MARKED THE WRONG SHOE SIZE!!! That is when I REALLY LOST IT!!!! And then when I call them on their BULL---- they threatened to call the police!! YEAH BUFFALO EXCHANGE - call the police since you have absolutely ZERO conflict resolution skills and give no f---- about your customers as long as you ROB THEM, RIGHT!!? F--- THIS PLACE!!

Cool store and Monique was very helpful, but unfortunately they didn't have much for the plus size woman. We want to be trendy too! A lot of shirts for the heavier man tho... Too bad!

They wouldn't take my Forever 21 backless lace dress 😣 only worn 1 time & still in perfect condition. I thought they would have at least given me $10 for it. Other than that its a pretty good store alot of old school styles that are back in for the young crowd.
