What a great thrift store. We scored some fantastic finds. Customer service was great and everyone was super nice. Go early and line was short
Not worth it, they do give you money for your items but it such low money for what you sell. It makes no sense to do it, they would take an item that sells for $70 and give you $17.5 for it. Why? What’s the point of doing this if the clothes are unused. Not worth the effort and you would definitely get more money selling it to people or online. When I was arriving I was reading the reviews and was like I can just negotiate. No. They only allow you to pull the item if you don’t agree to the price that you are going to receive. Please listen and don’t go here, they do like popular brands for sure and it’s not a fair percentage of the money you get back. Gone here once and not again. Follow the reviews please.
The store was clean and organized. The options were more for women than for men, but they still had vast options. The staff was very nice and amicable. It seemed very similar to other BE locations.
Not one employee in the store was nice. Rude, horrible service and that is not how you run a business. Will never step foot in Buffalo Exchange!! Anyone can do retail, but not everyone can give exceptional service. Buffalo Exchange needs training on how to treat customers and make them feel welcome. It’s not rocket science, it’s treating people how you want to be treated.
The staff here are very nice. They sort clothes by size which is great. Fitting rooms are big and nice.
What’s happened to Buffalo? Honestly gone downhill over the years and selling just cheap brands. If you’re looking men’s just for Forever 21, Uniqlo, Old Navy and other stuff like that, then sure, but otherwise you can forget finding anything decent or unique anymore. I even came twice with great brands to exchange - AllSaints, Club Monaco, custom Converse x Fragment sneakers and they rejected them all. There’s not a single shoe for sale in the size 13 section. They clearly need men’s stuff, yet their buyers are just failing terribly here. It’s also annoying how anything you do sell to them, they don’t tell you how much each piece was bought for - just a total at the end which is always offensively low. A real shame - doubt I’ll ever be able to use all the store credit I have.
I’ve never made a review on any business ever at all but I just have to for this one. I’ve always had a good experience at buffalo exchange. I would thrift here with my best friend when we were teenagers. And I recently started selling, cute items too at times. But today this miserable girl gave me attitude for absolutely no reason. If u don’t like your job, don’t work there love. But I understand you’re brokianna and u gotta pay the billiannas. It shows. If you wanted me to bring back the clothing that I tried on along with the hangers, you could have asked nicely at the very beginning before sending me off to a fitting room. It isn’t even my job to do so, but I may have done it. Learn how to talk to people. Ur a very disgusting person. Good luck in life. I’ll be contacting corporate to see if I am still able to sell here after the small scene made which you contributed to when you yelled across the store to me to “NEVER COME BACK” and if I can’t come back, I’m sure karma will take care of you. Goodbye.
Huge inventory - walked in during a cold snap and the manager Paddy got me dialed. Great customer service! Thanks
Don’t sell clothes here. First of all, the workers there seemed very incompetent— they were constantly talking with each other making customers wait for hours. I myself waited for an hour and twenty minutes to sell clothes and they didn’t even accept much of the clothings I brought over. all for less than 30 dollars. LESS THAN 30 DOLLARS. and I’m talking about never worn clothings, middle to high end brands. If I sold those online, I would have made double that money. they did offer me a $50 store credit which wasn’t what I was looking for this almost seems like a scam and i left the store feeling very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I learned my lesson in a hard way— so don’t make the mistake I made.
