Zero stars would be still more than this location deserves. First of all it's not the first time but more like the fifth time that trying to get seated takes forever. There is never anyone at the entrance stand. I never complained before because I know that staffing and covid issues have destroyed the restaurant industry. However this my experience yesterday afternoon Friday 1/28 was absolutely ridiculous. My family and I arrived and were standing at tne empty host stand. Servers continuously walked right by us and purposely trying to not make eye contact or acknowledge us waiting. The rudest bartender older with glasses was really what put us over the edge. She had an Empty bar--- not one guest which makes sense because she's terrible and rude. She was walking around on her phone in her empty bar area. I finally asked her if we could be seated and she said "I'm the bartender!" The place was empty. No maybe 4 tables total and an empty bar. WE LEFT and will never return. Where was the manager-- never saw one! If your three servers can't handle a restaurant with only three tables in the dining room total 1 table each then they are in the wrong industry. Your bartender takes the cake though. She's a disgrace.
Really waited 20 minutes in an empty buffalo wild wings before finally deciding to call the waitress who walked past us 100 times without even acknowledging us at the table. Then when we get the food, the boneless chicken wing was smaller than the size of my thumb and still counted as one of my wings. When I asked the waitress about it, she tells me, "oh they are looking kind of small today... is there anything I can do for you?" Like get me another nugget that was sized properly? Who even green lit this plate going out?
Over iced drinks. Quarter done nachos. Mac and cheese that tastes worst than raw pasta from the box. "Under new management" but serving worse food than a year ago. What the hell happened here. Burgers turned into rock slabs with no flavor. I'm atleast glad the fryer tells the cooks when the hell to stop cooking. Atrocious, and I'm nowhere near a food critic. It was just THAT BAD.
The food was really good the service was just horrible. I am from Montreal. I asked if they could put the Habs/Bruins game on….nope!! Really?! Wth… The waiter even tried to scam us on the final bill. Nope we’re not that drunk honey, better luck next time. The experience was just a disaster. A colleague took me there, being a first timer from Canada, told me it was good chain he’s from Nevada. He said, try another location before judging. I will.
My fries are stale, I’m sure it was from lunch time. I ordered through uber eats, my To go boxes were not sealed. During times like this you guys should really take extra precaution. I would like to enjoy the food as if I was dining in. If my fries were a bit cold, fine but stale cold fries? Absolutely not.
Cauliflower wings with Thai curry sauce is so so good! Amazing food option for vegetarians at BWW!
Sat right down which was good but then waited 20 minutes and not 1 waiter/waitress said anything to us. If we had to wait that long for a hello I couldn’t imagine how long the food would of taken. Sad to see how much this place has declined. It went from one of the best places to go to watch games and get wings to a place I wouldn’t go if the food was free. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.
I ordered two chicken finger bundles. One ten piece and one twenty piece. Brought food home and all food was dry and hard. All boxes had stickers on them and read "Use This First". Called and spoke with manager who told me to bring the order back. One of the employees claimed the "Use This First" stickers were used in place of a "Sauce" sticker. So why put them on all the boxes including french fries? Inexcusable to even have these stickers as food should be thrown out. They replaced the order, refunded my original purchase, and gave me a $25 gift card. Horrible experience.

Shout out to these folks! We haven't lived in Mass in 10 years. Happened to be in the area for work. Decided to use a gift card we've had. We had a very stressful day and things have bean tough thank God for the crew that was on tonight they made the end of a hard day easier. There's a new lady working the front counter it was her first day and she was a sweetheart and got management right away to fix a problem and was happy to do so. One of the floor managers Devon hooked it up with accommodations in answer to a misshapen with the computer system and online ordering. He was so happy to give the best service ever he said "anything to make your day better" and you can tell it came from the heart. I can't say enough about these guys. Pay them a visit you won't be disappointed! God bless to them and everyone stay safe happy new year!
