This laundromat is excelente. Hey are open 24 hours, offer free dry free detergent. I love coming here, because they are only Laundry in town with 90 lbs washers
I believe the reviews previously posted are fraudulent. My friend and I went to this laundromat on New Years day because my local laundromat was closed. The place is disgusting. The restroom was “out of order” yet, I watched the attendant use said out of order restroom. Although they advertise dry free, the washing fees they are charging, I found to be astronomical. For a jumbo load washer, they’re charging $8.25. This is not only ridiculous pricing but over 30% of their “free” dryers are out of order, so you’re left waiting for other patrons to finish. There was trash all over the floor, soiled towels laid down throughout the place as if they experienced leaks & the attendant on duty was less than pleasant. Do not let the “dry free” advertisement lore you into this place as it needs to be condemned by the health and safety department.
My 1st time coming here, needed it because it was urgent and was the only 24hr one near me. First of all the smell in there is strongly bad, you’ll find many people sleeping on floors In there which isn’t safe 2nd of all many dryers have gum inside them and smell musty, the big dryers you do have to pay & they don’t dry well either. There’s no restroom use either. This place needs to be cleaned and be managed by a better owner. Came here because of the good reviews but it was all a lie
UPDATE..I like to go here..they have increased the size of the laundromat and there are more large washers and dryers. Laundry detergent is free..dryers are also. Ladies..just dont go here alobe at night. I did once, and was bothered by 2 weirdos until a police officer who was patroling came and made himself visible. Anyway, plain place..low key. Just pay to wash. Free dry, and they have large washers and dryers for your comforters and whatnot. Wear your mask. Oh and I love that i can use my credit or debit card. Fyi, there is a Chic-fila steps away. Just off Buford Highway. Jazmine was amazing and professional with helping me when one of the machines did not seem to work. I had already poored in my detergent. She simply directed me to another washer and offered me a cup of laundry detergent. Great service.
Good laundromat, also had dryers and washer. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Also the beautiful lady with the red ponytail was nice and generous.
The Best Laundromat in Town! I love the area! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the free drying and detergent, and the fact that they make every wash a unique experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and friendly laundromat.
I have been coming here for more than ten years. Owner and the emplyees are extremely helpul and wonderful people. Love the new big washers and dryers! If you are pressed for time they have wash and fold service too.
UPDATE! Owner, you say you've made updates to staff but yet I see that you haven't. That rude lady is still there, she doesn't care about your customers the way the other lady did. I was asking around about her since I haven't seen her lately & you've made a wrong decision my opinion I suggest you rethink how you want your customers treated by your current "staff" Who you have working for you represents not only you but your business. Just remember that UPDATE! I came one day to wash with my wife and not only did we get into an altercation with other customers because of needing a washer but the place was dirty. Most dryers don't work on bottom floor, then the lady working there she yells at her son about driving her car & on the phone I guess yelling at her other kid. It's VERY unprofessional to have someone like that even work in that place. Free dry, for the price of wash but worth it. Except the service just not worth it because the lack of respect as well as the demeanor of the lady worker that's there, she's older, white but speaks spanish. She has even shown that she can care less about customers complaints/concerns bcz she has voiced it. Please return the old manager she was nice, made conversation & actually cared about the customers she's short,hispanic She was nice and worked alone kept it cleaned and was very friendly.
The dryer caught on fire and the employee did nothing. This place is a waste of your time and money . That's why they offer all this stuff for free cause otherwise nobody would go there
I’ve been coming to this laundromat for 2 months every week for the wash & fold. Maria and Marquez are always helpful and polite. My business towels are always clean and neatly folded. I will continue to use the wash & fold service and I highly recommend.
