Giovanni was great! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I female purchased a used Nissan for my daughter from them. It went smoothly without any hassle or pressure. Our finance guy was also friendly and pleasant to work with. He offered us the extended warranty, when we declined, there was no pressure. Thanks for making purchasing this car a great experience!
We drove down from Seattle for your Memorial Day sale. We had an appointment and the car and staff were ready for us when we got there! Jeremy was very helpful and friendly and so was Navid. They even went and brought over an upgraded model that we wanted to see and we ended up purchasing that one. It's a white 2024 Encore GX ST, we love it! The whole experience at Beaverton GMC was smooth, fast and very low pressure. We will recommend you to our friends!
Dave was awesome. Bought a GMC Yukon today and he made the process seamless. The finance guy was great as well. Class Act and will buy future GMCs from here.
I wasn’t sure I’d buy a car til I came in. David Morris helped me look at one of seen online and after test driving, I had to have it. The trade in value for my Honda was excellent and from start to finish, which was very fast, David Made me feel like family. I knew I was getting a great car at a great discounted price, and a fair deal. I couldn’t have been happier and I absolutely love my new Encore GX. After driving new Honda’s every year since 2007, I can say I didn’t know what I’ve been missing. Thank you so much! I love my Buick.
Sales associate was great, Ryan was very personable and professional. The service was prompt, considering the vehicle was stored at an off site lot. Signing the paperwork with George was low/no pressure on extras which made the process quick and painless. Only a slight bit of room for improvement, it would have been nice to have the truck fully cleaned and detailed, or at least a voucher for a car wash. It was near closing by the time we finished so lot attendants were gone. Ryan did a wipe down pollen and dust from sitting at remote lot while I was finishing up the paperwork. The dealer had a recent fire in their service department building, so the parking at the lot was pretty tight and I'm sure that had some affect on the level of service. Overall they did a great job and I would go back in the future.
Staff wore polite, the buying process did go quickly. I had a concern on the Yukon XL since it had marks and scratches on it. I was promised the dealership would take care of it. I left the vehicle at the dealership, recived a loaner car for about 7 days. When I picked up my vehicle yesterday I can still see few spots with marks on it. It is my opinion, a proper inspection would have picked up those spots. When you buy brand new vehicle an expectation of zero marks on the paint is not to much to ask. That is my experience.
They were able to give me a better deal than my own credit union, which was great. They gave me a better rate and warranty plan. Only thing is, they get you by offering you a better deal, which they don't offer up front. Could I have gotten an even better deal? I'll never know. I do like the deal I got and I'm happy with my purchase. It would've been nice if the vehicle was washed and detailed a little better. I found some trash in it. I will say they do have a lot of vehicles to choose from. Plus their used vehicles have a 60 day or 3,000 mile warranty. Which is really nice.
We had a really great experience working with Manny. I found a car online I wanted info about, but he sent pictures of a car that was exactly what I was looking for. Transparency up front, no add ons or pressure for anything. I live several hours away and the car & paperwork were ready to go when I arrived. Manny took the time to go through all the features of the car and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before we left. It’s been the best experience we’ve had at a dealership so far. Definitely recommend them & their sales team.
I’m a little bit frustrated with the quality of service we have received at Buick GMC of Beaverton. The past three time we’ve paid for additional services either they have forgotten to put the cover back on the oil reservoir, they broke the plastic on one side for the sunroof after a detailing. And, my son is missing bolts from one wheel. They also tried to charge for services that are covered under manufacture warranty. Then there’s today, whereas again I’m super disappointed, that my son who owns the GMC was never walked over to and told his car was ready. So he sat from 2:43pm until 5:30pm for an oil change. I paid for lifetime oil changes, so this is where we have to go. And, the only reason my son knew the car was done was because I text him to let him know. The care and treatment we received was unprofessional, rude at times, and obviously rooted in some form of biases. I can guarantee that my son wouldn’t have been treated the way he was if he had looked differently.
I purchased a beautiful 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited in March of 2024. It had 59k miles and came with a 60 day or 3,000 mile limited warranty. Sadly, at 2.5 months and under 1,000 miles driven, the alternator went out. The dealership did the right thing and generously helped with the cost of repair. They didn't HAVE to, but did as it was the right thing to do. If they hadn't, I would have had to use my rent money to repair the vehicle which would have sent me into a dangerous financial tailspin. I purchased this vehicle with cash and use it to make a living, so going without is not an option. Bravo, Buick GMC! I am super grateful, impressed and totally relieved that this unfortunate situation is resolved. Thank you for seeing me as a human that is just trying to survive like you!
