Build-A-Bear Workshop

Great experience here! I bought a stuffed animal off eBay that they don’t sell anymore, because my boyfriend was telling me about how he had it as a kid and lost it, so I bought the animal off eBay and then went here for the outfit. When I went to check out I asked for a box and if I could print a certificate along with it to make it feel just like how it was when he first got it as a kid. They were very kind and generous in allowing me to do so, and helped me find a close match to the animal for the certificate. They were so kind and my boyfriend absolutely love it! I loved seeing his face light up with joy

Awesome experience for that special birthday or event. The kids loved the clerk. She was so helpful and friendly. The guy help to get them all the keep accessories and was a of fun too

This store employs an incredibly dishonest worker. My friend and I went to the Farmington, UT store, on March 17. We each built a bear. When we were checking out, the manager whose name was Brynn, said "You qualify for three gift cards." We said "Good, that will help with our order." As we walked away we looked at the receipt and it was $97.00. The gift cards, which totaled $30.00, had been added to our purchase. We turned around and told her we didn't want the gift cards and she said, "We don't do returns on gift cards." Talk about sneaky dishonesty. There is a difference between qualifying for something and qualifying to buy something. She makes you think you actually qualified for something, then puts it on your bill, then refuses to refund. Stay away from this low-life store. What a dirty scammer Brynn is. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I actually go there, and if I'm impressed I'll change my review... I called to ask a couple of questions, and the guy on the phone made me feel like a complete idiot. He told me straight up that my questions were stupid... Needless to say I probably won't ever be bringing my business to this location...
