I went in today for my birthday and everyone working was amazing. I am a GROWN woman who was excited to go there for the first time, and they treated me like they would a child. Ashley and Alyssa are great. Me and Zazzy will be back!
I love the BDay Bear celebration and even with my daughter is only being 3 they still make it an awesome adventurefor her..its perfect for all ages

had my niece's first and my birthday party here for the first time on Saturday. the ladies working were awesome and super friendly! it was the first time I've ever been to a build-a-bear birthday party and I was blown away by how in depth it is. I'm excited to have future birthday parties with my niece here!
Staff is super helpful and very friendly. The employee wearing Cpt America build a bear is super cool. Made my 1 and 3 year old so happy when he was filling up their Paw Patrol build a bears. Great place with even better staff.
