Super professional. No nonsense. No gimmicks. We had a few other estimates and meetings with other contractors in the area and Builders & Remodelers were by far the most professional. They recycle all possibly materials from the old windows which is awesome. And our new windows look phenomenal as well!

Don't waste your time here.. Builders and Remodelers contracted the repairs on my house from storm damage in 2017. The roofers pulled off my cable dish and left the holes, took 2 months to get them out to fix, did not cover my hot tub so ruined the cover and still have not contacted me, left nails on the roof and around house.. garage door company still can't get the adjustment right, been almost a year and still no inspection on roof or siding, though they have lied to me and said it was done..

I have had a fantastic experience with the Builders & remodelers sales and installation team. This is the 3rd time I am using their windows and I have been satisfied evrytime. The price is fairly reasonable and the quality is much superior than the big brand companies. I have worked with Both Adam and Ken. You will get a walkthrough of the entire project, what to expect and timeline. The windows that were installed were triple pane windows and low maintenance wrap on this outside. Great job!

I bought windows from this company in 1994. The sales guy said they had a lifetime guarantee. It was a lie. The triple pane windows are almost all leaking and Builders and Remodelers didn't stand by the product. It was the worst purchase we ever made and I regret not going with Marvin or Anderson. I would give 0 stars if that was an optiin.

10+ - Number of persistent phone calls (including at least four un-returned voice messages) required to get an exterior door installed. (It’s a door!) 2 - Number of missed scheduled installation appointments (all of which were outside the promised installation time frame) without any notification 3 - Number of required return trips to complete scope of the contract or adjust the installation 2 - Number of times I was scolded by ownership for unreasonable expectations I would avoid using Builders & Remodelers at all costs. I signed a contract for $3,010 to replace a rear exterior door and – in my opinion – B&R made the whole process a complete cluster. I hate leaving a negative review for a family owned, local business. That being said, let there be no mistake, when considering contractors for your next home improvement project, I highly recommend removing Builders & Remodelers from consideration.
