He always looked out for my best interests and was fully devoted to helping me find the perfect apartment. He is a class act that genuinely puts his clients first. He was also extremely responsive with listings and any questions that I had. I would strongly recommend Nicholas and Bulfinch to anyone out there that is looking to buy/rent property.

I found Michael Fedorouk via Zillow Agent search. I have met many potential listing agents before him but Michael stood out from all. He was confident yet attentive and did not give me any vibe of your property equals to my commodity and nothing else. Many times I felt that with other agents though like pointing out negative side only of the unit then way lowball the price to sell faster, informing me subordinate will take over not them, valuing none of my input, even asking for broker fees from me I’m a renter, etc, etc. Michael was none of that. He wanted to simply help me out with his best interests. I knew right away why he was a #1 agent in Zillow. By the way, Michael came out to see my unit on Sunday over his lovely date already set, how dedicated and how hard working person is he. Then, along the process, his dedication showed more and more. I was renting the unit from the distance so Michael understood good communication is important so he was consistently checking back and reporting back with me what was going on. On top of that Michael was answering every my first time renter overly questions with much patience and with no delays. Hence, Michael rented the unit so fast in Oct to mid Oct off season without losing the value by coming up with this brilliant and flexible plans as well. I love Michael so much as my agent and I’m completely confident to say that he will be my sole designated selling agent in the future. And last but not the least, I feel extremely lucky that my house is in a great friend can I say Michael’s hand, thank you Michael.

They are very professional and efficient. I worked with Michael Fedorouk. He did an excellent job in finding an apartment in Back Bay for me that was in my price range and desired location. He was very attentive to what I was looking for and always responded to my inquires very quickly. He cares about his client's needs, unlike some of the other agents; one of them called me "picky"! Michael also has great local knowledge and negotiation skills. In addition, he is very personable. Evan at the office was also very helpful.

I have been Alicia’s client for over ten years. I cannot recommend her strongly enough. She has found me three marvelous homes and I only had to see about six in total as she is incredibly accurate. UPDATE: 0836 hrs./9/7/21. I just read the respondents' comment and called the number they posted here. I called 4x and the "subscriber is not in service". I guess that means the number is down and not currently in service. This is NOT Bulfinch's fault whatsoever, as we all know technology can be a tricky endeavor. I do thank the respondent for reaching out to me here on Google. That tells me that they do care about their business and they will diligently work to solve any issues. I have updated my review to give them 4 stars. The original number I called was the agent who was handling that particular commercial property that I was interested in leasing. That gentlemen is the person who has not called me back after several attempts. He did email me after my first phone call. I quickly emailed him back and as of this writing he has not responded to my email response nor my phone calls....... Called several times over the course of one week about a commercial property for rent and they never called back. Lack of professionalism.
