I’m very grateful to have found Jewell after my auto accident. From my first interaction with Tara, I knew I was in good hands. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. I know Doug was probably tired of my incessant emails, constantly checking in on the status of my vehicle. I received timely responses to my queries. The dedication of the shop to make sure that every detail was attended to us nothing short of stellar. Due to supply chain issues, it took a while, but I would rather have quality over quick. Doug and Tara and all the technicians working there are all top class folks. Yes in today's world your repair is going to take forever. Is what it is but I'm really glad I went with these guys over a national chain. My car drives like brand new thanks to Doug and his team. I can't say enough good things. Doug and Tara both kept me in the loop despite my propensity to email them constantly for updates. Doug explained every thing that he kept finding wrong with my car and I'm just so greatful to be driving a stiff and safe vehicle thanks to them.
