Interesting place and an interesting owner/manager. Have been craving some sort of kabab for days and found this place online. There is not much choice in menu but that is what makes it good. I was there for take-away as like most of the other customers so we found ourselves hanging around while we waiting on our food. The owner or manager must have come back from a break and when he saw us all he was quite forceful is telling us to sit down until "your food is ready. You're making my place look too crowded". Food itself was tasty although maybe a bit spicier than I normally like. It was gone before I could drive home. Might come again once the kabab cravings come back
I absolutely LOVE this place. Whenever I’m in Houston this place is where I stop first. Their food is amazing from A to Z. Up until a few years ago they used to be extremely busy with the wait lines exceeding an hour. But last week, we only waited for 5 minutes. Even after an hour of us eating the restaurant wasn’t full. It could be because they opened another location or it could be that people found something else.
The Chicken Tikka is absolutely the best here. Come early to get a spot as it gets crowded very quickly. The staff are very hard working and will do their best to get you a table soon. Don’t expect to have the best ambiance and sitting area. The food here is the main attraction. Don't leave Houston without trying it.
The chicken barbeque and the kebabs, as well as the dessert were awesome. The restaurant has a small space great hospitality. It is located near highways and can easily be noticed. There is adequate parking space as this is a business area.
Good food quality. Little pricy. Considering the name of Bundu Khan, ordered Behari Kabab but that wasn’t up to the mark. I suggest the management to renovate the space and increase size of the dining hall as well.
I ordered the behari roll paratha $11 with taxand it was huge! Of course I ate it all because I was hungry and it tasted good. The texture of the meat is like if you would eat raw ground beef, I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like really soft meat. I also made the mistake of putting all the sauce on the roll so the paratha got soggy.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS! If you miss Pakistan and really want to have the best Halal desi BBQ, BUNDU KHAN is the place to be! Personal Favorites: Chicken Tikka 10/10 Beef Bihari Boti 9/10 Poor I/Parhata 10/10 Super crisp and fresh! I avoid the chutni since it doesn’t suit me. Overall 9/10! Must visit with family & friends!
Very small restaurant, hard to even get in the front door. You place your order and then wait for them to call you on your phone, way too busy. Not as amazing as I had been told, would not go back because of the rush and dirty tables. They called us and told us to go to a dirty table, which was absolutely filthy and had a wet cloth on it along with the previous guests ate out of plates and food! Took 10 minutes after being told to sit there before anyone came to clean it and she used the same dirty cloth on the table and wiped it clean. It was just waaaay to busy there. The waitresses are really nice though but I got sick afterwards :
Bandu Khan Kabab house at Bissonnet has the best Stick in H Town if you guys didn’t come here I suggest you to come and enjoy it i am sure you will love it <3
Love the food, hate the people who run this place. The manager was rude. I had some very high expectations regarding their quality, but this being my first visit was not anywhere near them. They need to learn how to treat customers. Their servers and chefs at the front are very polite and professional, but it is the desi owners and managers who got attitude problem. This is not even affiliated with Pakistan's Bundu khan, they probably stole the trademark and run as the real brand holders. Shame on you. This place is extra overpriced.
