My boyfriend and I came here on two separate occasions to renew our drivers license. The security officer is right at the door and sooo nice!!! We loved him. Thank you so much for brightening everyone’s day and making the experience of a BMV much more enjoyable.
Went on Friday afternoon to renew my license. They were pretty busy 16 people in front of me but I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Fast, friendly and helpful. Would be tough to have had a better experience.
It always seems to go quickly at the Carmel branch. People are polite and professional. The changes made for Covid are well thought out. I like our local BMV branch!
Awesome customer service from the courteous security officer at the door to the employee who helped my elderly mother she was kind and patient ...We come all the way from Marion County to Carmel best customer service at any BMV we have visited....God Bless you all
waited so long in line, I had to renew my car for TWO years
Got in and got out very quickly. The person that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. Be prepared to wear mask and practice social distancing.
The Carmel BMV as usual, was professional, clean, and very efficient. No other part of the government moves as efficiently as this place does. Haha. Thanks again to all the individuals that helped, including our friend local law enforcement.
What a relief! No problems at Carmel BMV. With GREG at the door kind and very helpful and RUTH at the desk efficient and fun the License Renewal was handled quickly with only a short wait. WAY TO GO!
The staff was friendly and efficient. The waiting area was large and wide open with chairs 6' apart. The counters were cleaned between customers. They get people in and out as quickly as possible and it's appreciated.
