The lady that runs the place is somewhat like a drill sergeant... Dry, unwavering, stern, aggro.. foods good, portions are good.. wheneveri had deliveries, they were wrong.. and forget letting her know.. no money back.. no credit towards next time.
Food is cold, customer service is horrible. We ordered 2 turkey burgers, fries and mozzarella sticks. The burgers were cold and we were only down the street. We took the burgers back to the restaurant and whoever the young lady was just looked at the person picking up the food with a blank stare. She didn't address the issue or even try to fix it. This is horrible service. Shut this place down.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Money hungry and rude are three most accurate words to describe these people, and their food is mediocre at best. Will never order from here again.
Of all the hamburger/ wings/ Chinese takeout places in a gas station strip mall, this has to be the most legendary! You need this in your life. Parking: You can park your car at the gas pump and drop me through your video, Can you.
Quick, friendly delivery. Food arrived really hot. All of the condiments and plastic cutlery we could have needed, were included. Mongolian Beef- I enjoyed the beef itself, but was disappointed that it was only beef and LOTS of onion, and that the sauce was so dang sweet. Lo Main plain- I actually really liked the noodles. For being plain, they actually had a good amount of flavour. Chicken Wings- Hardly any meat on them, and what meat there was, was pretty dry. Not sure we'd order wings from here again. Fries plain- Not too bad. Thankfully, they arrived hot, fresh, and not overly salted so, they were pretty good. Overall, we're not sure we would order from here again.
Don't get me wrong now. The food is great, perfect for that late night snack. The customer service has never been an issue for me until today. I called to order my food and was greeted with yelling. The person taking my order couldn't hear me because of all the noise at her workplace, which is understandable, but there was an unpleasant rude tone in her voice and I felt highly disrespected. The deliveryman called me an hour later to let me know that he was on my campus. He asked e what building number I was in. I told him what residence hall I stayed in and that the security could direct him. He asked me for my building number about ten more times after I had already told him what I knew. When he got to my building, he began to make rude remarks under his breath. He then complained that I didn't give him a tip, but I felt like I had gotten horrible customer service all night. This has never happened beforethe confusion over a building number, rude comments, condescending tones and the food is great but after this I don't think I will be ordering from here again.
I have been a customer here for a while and it is sad that they’re losing customers because of their reviews here and on other sites. Because of I have been in the food industry, I can tell a lot of the low reviews are terrible. Like, not going up to apartments is most likely for the drivers not go into dangerous areas that are banned by a lot of restaurants. There have been times when I go to the store and pick up food that I see the restaurant be treated terribly. Like once a customer threw a fit about uncooked food and the police came and told them it was cooked ! They food is so good I have no complaints, delivering is only late when it is super busy.
The lady who answers the phone is VERY rude.. She caught attitudes.. screamed and holler at like she birthed me... Should have been my cue to hang up. Anyway i ordered EIGHT boneless wings which came up to 15$. Once the delivery driver arrived i had to WALK to meet him at the entrance of the apartments AND he had the nerve to DEMAND a "better tip" after me giving him only a dollar for his terrible service. In which that he didnt even deserve. The food was semi cold it took almost and hour and a half to get to me and my overall experience leaves me with a NO i will not be eating here again... I work hard for my money and i like to spend it where i am satisfied and feels appreciated. I felt neither...
Ordered two meals, one of which was wrong. When the delivery guy comes, he gives us another price from what the lady gave me over the phone. Plus he didn't leave the receipt. So when I called back to tell her my order was wrong, she disputes with me and tells me I never ordered what I said I ordered. Then she goes on to tell me she said $26 instead of her initial price of $23... I'm never ordering here again, bad business.
extreme rude customer service was terrible. The woman working the register stayed on her cell phone for 5 minutes in an empty store before even acknowledging our presence. Took our order and looked very upset that we interrupted her phone conversation and said nothing else to us. There are a plenty other great restaurants to get food in Atlanta customer service is everything if you expect your business to grow customer retention is necessary. Restaurant was not clean.
