Burger King

The manager on Gateway Drive in Grand Forks, ND is the worst!!! Poor service and he has a bad attitude towards his staff and customers. I put in a review on 1-18-18 and unfortunately it was not a good one. In Feb contacted the manager at the 32nd Ave location and got nothing but lip service from her. I have not heard from any BK representative from either and they did not send the Whopper that was promised when filling out the survey. I guess only good comments are rewarded. I posted my opinion on Feb 21st only to find it has been deleted. Very poor on the BK company as a whole. Shame on BK for their lack of customer service!!!

Nothing good about this place. Wait time was way too long. The onion rings were cold and chewy. Chicken sandwich was hard and chewy on the edges. Service was worse than the onion rings. It use to be a good place to go. I suggest the one in east grand forks, mn over this location.

Burger king is amazing love the food. This site makes you pull around to the other side of building, there was no line or order of chicken, which justifies this practice. When they started bringing food out to the parking lot, they had no idea who had what food and who ordered what. Suggestions keep people in the drive thru line and it will reduce the confusion, going to the parking lot took longer anyways....

The place was under construction, but the people were very nice and very helpful. They also seem to be short-staffed this evening.
