The employee at this Burger King is the best I ever met, they always wear a smile and ready to help. Let say the General Manager is doing a great job with her employees. I wish all other Burger King was like this one.Food: 5/5

I was using a coupon and rewards point!!! And was told I can't do that! I said yes I can so she say no ......I told her order my food please, yes I can do this!!!! Very rude! Talking under there breath to other co worker clearly about me! I asked twice and other co worker answers! I asked for another cup and was ignored 3 times another co worker gave me the wrong cup because I ain't ask her!!!! But she thought she was helping.... ....alll this killed my appetite and I win not be returning here. I don't like the new atmosphere!!!!!!

They have these new Churro fries, that are pretty sure for a limited time, they’re soooo good!Food: 3/5

Drive thru was very slow with not alot of customers waiting. Thought that the intercom was broken because no one offered to take my order, so I just went to the window since I ordered thru the app anyway. They weren't happy with me that I didn't wait ‍Food: 5/5

This location roaches! I always roll up my bags to try and keep the heat in while I head home and when I opened it up there was a live roach crawling around my food!Food: 1/5

Food was not cooked cheese was not melted onion rings were under cooked meal was horrible waste of money had to throw it away never again will I go to this Burger King on Boston ave in Bridgeport ctFood: 1/5

Lack of Participation Trophy This Burger King decided that they don’t participate in deals from Nationally Advertised Burger King Commercials. As a result 2 sandwiches was $14 but aligning with the deal they participate in 3 sandwiches a Fries and an ice cream was $16. Also they were more than willing to ring you up for items they don’t have ice cream and then just try and substitute something when your number was called a hershey pie. At no time did they offer to reimburse the money for the item that they aren’t currently serving. Also side note, completely unrelated to this location Im dizzy 5 mins after consuming this “food.” This of course I take full responsibility for. This is a Burger King who isnt even really a Burger King seeing as how they don’t have most of the items nor do they honor current promotions. Also, there are “homeless” folks looking for change, a bathroom you can’t access unless you get buzzed in, and there’s a weird time limit on property.
