Unbelievable! I gave a code at the drive through for a $3 Whopper. When I pulled up to pay she asked me for the code again… I had redeemed the code at the window during the order so the code had disappeared from my phone. She then refused to give me the $3 deal because I no longer had the code. I asked for her name so that I could call Burger King corp. She slammed and locked the window and called the police. That’s what Burger King calls customer service? Nicely done!
Not sure how to write the review but every time I go to south moorhead BK they mess up my order or I am missing some kids food. I look at the board make sure they got but nope still got it wrong. Please check your bag before leaving parking lot or go somewhere else to eat.
Just stopped for a snack but when the drink cup was given to me, she put it lip down onto the counter. When I asked for another, she got ornery & said she did it that way to prevent covid spread. Thats ridiculous. Anything floating in the air where nobody is sneezing or coughing is nothing compared to a counter that is dirty. The cup should NEVER be placed with the drinking rim down on a filthy counter.
Asked for cheese on my burger and no tomatos or pickles. I opened my burger and there’s no cheese and they added pickles. . Good thing I’m not allergic to pickles or tomatoes because that could be bad for someone who is allergic. Staff needs to pay attention to orders more.
Sorry, wish I could give Trish a lower score. Sat and waited for seven minutes in drive thru. Had a line behind and one of them was yelling about why so long. I hollered back that I did not know. The voice tells me to pull forward without asking for my order. I get up there and she starts accusing me of yelling and swearing at them. I was surprised and told her so. In fact, the only thing I said that was less than friendly was asking how her customer service was impacting business. I realize these are tough times, but that doesn't excuse mistreating customers. Spend your money with someone that deserves it.
Holiday hours were not correct. We waited in the drive through at 4:50 only to be told they were only open to delivery orders.
Went to this restaurant after 8 pm and we received old onion rings that were crunchy. Not what a person would expect when receiving a meal. I understand drive through times need to be fast but your product needs to be good for return business. Hesitant on visiting again.
Haven't been hear for a while since quality declined. Sadly has not improved. Order was very incorrect. Wrong sandwiches that were cold and soggy. Leading to the half frozen the other half cold and soggy fries and onion rings. The mozzarella sticks were hard and white on the outside. This will now be the last resort.
Went by there to grab some grub and at first I was upset until I finally reached the drive thru window and there was only a single person there taking orders and cooking. This is a shame!
Went through the drive thru last week and they told us it would be over a 25 minute wait so we left and went to the other BK and got great service. Tonight we went again and they missed 5 out of the 6 orders of fries. Called back and they won't answer the phone.Food: 2/5
