I ordered some food through the Burger King app like I always do, and I saw this location 302 Sheridan & I paid over $30 for this order just for them to completely ignore the drive thru and me at the window. This specific location closes at 12 am and I arrived no later then 11:05, I heard commotion in the drive thru speaker but nobody to attend to us , so I drove up to the first window mind you I have already paid for my order and my order was #63 there were 3 people in the store and they all looked at us but nobody would say anything and they refused to look at us after they realized we weren’t leaving , I even tried to communicate that I have already paid for my order and they clocked out and left right in front of us ! We ended up leaving at 11:38 because they shut the lights off and were done ! Pictures for proof ! With time and date
I don't know why i continue to give this burger king a chance. We waited in the drive thru for a good 10 minutes and they still managed to mess up the order. I reminded the lady that we had ordered with no onions and seems to me as if they put extra onions on purpose. She just gave me a blank stare, no apology, didn't bother to fix the order. I'm highly disappointed. This location needs a serious improvement on their customer service!
They added cheese to my whopper Junior, not a listed ingredient and was not requested. They are very lucky I’m not allergic or we might be talking about attempted manslaughter. My order of medium onion rings had one onion ring that I could eat, the rest were horrifically burned. This store usually does not fail so badly.
Got home with “dinner” and found moldy black lettuce. Phones don’t work. Employees are rude and the play place has been shut down for FAR TOO LONG. This establishment truly needs to retire and send their employees to another location.
They're always short on people the associates are usually Hispanic and don't really care what you need if they are busy which they always are it's not open 24/7 like it used to be. try and avoid the chicken fries here they are always cold and dry. It used to be good on Thursdays but I'm guessing the one person quit or maybe found a better job.
This location closes early all the time. I tried going there at 10:30 pm and was completely ignored or all the employees had left early. This location is supposed to be open until 12:00am but closes early consistently. Either hire competent employees or change you operating hours to reflect.
Terrible!! I ordered onion rings and got fries. Ordered my meal large and and extra large fry and got two small fries. Ordered an 8 piece nugget for my son and he got seven. So I'm usually pretty understanding but this is a lack of care here. They simply don't care to mess all that up. I said what I wanted and they clarified with me and still messed it up.
Let me start by saying that I left completely disgusted with the attendants behavior and he's the manager! This was the 2nd time I encountered this awful rude man. Last time It was a bad experience but I tried to give him the benefit of doubt and figured he just had a bad day. I know work could be frustrating. Anyhow this last visit was even worse than last. From the start he was being so passive aggressive just so very rude. I was in no way being rude or difficult. He was giving me bad attitude for absolutely no reason at all. I simply asked for a whopper and a whopper Jr meals. Well he got it wrong but tbh he was so so mean. I had asked no cheese n no ice on drinks. But he had already raised his voice and aggressively close the register and sighed all loud. Rolled his eyes when I mentioned about the ice that after how rude & awful he was treating me that I just said it's fine its cool it's ok. I rather not deal with it no more. I just left. I went to a gas station to buy drinks. The ones from BK I ended throwing away. They tasted awful watered down drink, not good at all. And my mom's teeth are sensitive and aside from that she had pain in her tooth. Long story short I will try and just avoid going to that specific BK. I was just baffled that the man is in a manager position I didnt catch his name all I rememberis he had a purple button up both times. Anyways But I'll just go to different BK, next time I'm craving a whopper. That is all thank u for reading this far. Have a good day..
I was completely satisfied with the service and the food they actually had made a minor mistake on my order and took the time to correct it compared to the local Burger King I have in my neighborhood which will just hand you the food and not care these people actually cared about their job and did a very good job making sure that the order was right and the food was Delicious as expected I wish this store was closer to my home
There is always the same guy here when I come by. He is always working and does a great job keeping the drive-thru moving. I'm really impressed with him. Give him a raise! Oh, and he always gets my order right! Thank you!Food: 5/5
