I mostly like Burger King's french fries. They definitely taste better than other fast food around. Their drive thru is always fast service. Someone nice is always at the pick-up window.Food: 5/5
I just want to give Fifi, the young lady who was working at the counter this morning a wonderful review: She was so friendly and welcoming and even gave my free cookies because she made a mistake with our order. What a pleasant experience it was because of her wonderful attitude
Aren't Mozzarella sticks suppose to be white cheese ? This one out of the 4 was yellow and burnt and tasted old
I went to this place and found the staff. They closed the entrance door forty minutes before the time. I asked one of the employees. He told me that the manager closed the place because he does not expect customers and the manager's name is Abdul. They respect Burger King and do not respect customers. Please review the cameras in the place and follow up on the employees and teach them to respect the appointments. Not all people have a car to enter the drive-throw.How do they close the place before its scheduled time on Saturday and I am unable to drive a car? How do they treat customers like this, especially customers who are unable to drive a car or buy a car? I am extremely resentful and disappointed with what the manager and staff did
I've been to this Burger King and it's 10 or 20 times better than the one in Passaic. Burger King 1522 is the worst I've ever seen for service and the people that take the order have a very strong accent I speak Spanish and I can't I can't understand what they say and my order you got to ask for ketchup if you want to catch up and the manager's there it looks like they're not too happy with their jobs and I tell them so I go there in a good mood and they turn me upside down and the french fries usually are always cold when you get them. I have stopped going to that particular location because the the terrible service and lack of consideration and respect they have for their customers!

visited this BK and the short guy with beard touching with his hands inside my empty coke cup , touching chicken nuggets with fingers without gloves. I didn't take the cup he was putting his fingers and talking to me, just left with my burger without drink that i paid for. This place should banned once forever......
We went to Burger King Nutley at quarter past ten. We found the din in closed before closing time. We asked one of the employees. He said that the manager, whose name is Abdoul, ordered the entrance doors to be closed because he does not expect customers and who wants food go to drive-thru..This was a very strange behavior from these employees on Saturday in the restaurant Its closing dates are 11 and we went to the drive-thru and asked for food. The food was very, very bad and cold, and they put a lot of mayonnaise, although we told them not to waste mayonnaise because someone has an allergy.. We threw out the food because it was bad and the staff did not care about the customer's request. There is no system or respect and I do not recommend going to this site
The worker was really rude to me for no reason. I am Disappointed And won’t recommend . I ended up leaving and not ordering anything Update: July 2022: today I was shopping at the dollar tree next door, and the same man from Burger King came and pushed 4 dollar tree carts smashing them into the entrance and yelling profanity at dollar tree when he has no business being there. He needs to stay at work Burger King because that was embarrassing and unnecessary.
