These were drenched in oil, dirty oil, they taste like old burnt fried chicken. The girl at the window gave a tired greeting. It’s not even busy in the morning that I go, they need to clean that fryer out asap! 4 weeks later …. 2nd review Redemption!!! These were way better! & the lady at the window was nice today!
Just bought spicy chicken sandwich and chicken fries... Dark part: they served me dry AF chicken fries... The cheese in the middle looked nothing like cheese and the color was greenish brown. And I know my spicy chicken patty was well last the potentially hazardous limit. In my mind: if I ate it I would've had the BG's "bubble guts"
Went I to the lobby, workers were fast, courteous and knowledgeable. I dont eat at Burger King's a lot and this one gave me a solid meal. Got the big fish sandwich, had so much pickle I could have ate two! Thanks BK team.Food: 4/5
EVERY time I go up there, the big, dark skinned girl in the window always has an attitude or sounds impatient over the intercom and doesn't say anything when she's handing me food at the window. Just closes the window when she's done. I get working sucks, but no need to make those around you miserable, too.Food: 4/5
I ordered four whoppers with no onions. They made us wait and wait. The price was almost $30. They put onions on all of them. What happened to "Have it your way" and they are a fast food joint. This is why I hate eating out, but it was not for me.Food: 1/5

Friendly staff and decent food. Would've given it 4 stars if it hadn't felt sketchy while walking in from the dimly lit parking lot. But it was very convenient to Sky Harbor after landing and being hangry.Food: 4/5
Nothing special and it's about 50/50 chance they'll get the order correct. Only upside is it's close to my workplace. The food isn't bad, but you might not get what you ordered, or 'have it your way'Food: 3/5
Just an update: third visit a year later. Three ketchup packs for two meals. I had to ask for them and she seemed annoyed I asked. Otherwise same experience. second visit, exactly same experience. Not as busy. Fries had burnt taste. Burgers dry, lacked flavor and not so hot. Buns stale. Even the soda tasted weird. Place was fairly clean. It was a busy time
So this black marker fell out of my chicken sandwich bag. Pretty sure it isn't edible. I also go inside to order because turning left out of the drive thru is nearly impossible. So i ordered and was standing there watching the person making orders and she pulled out a bun with a huge mold spot that i could see all the way over where i was standing in the lobby. She made the whole burger, flipped the top bun over on top of the burger and that's when she saw the mold. She paused, looked around pulled that chunk off of the bun and wrapped the burger up.
