Don’t know the name of the gentleman at the window at 10am today but when receiving my meal with an orange juice he shook up the orange juice before handing it to me to ensure it was properly mixed. Definitely catered to the small things for the customers.
We the problem that we had was they forgot part of our order and they got the other part of it wrong. We had to go inside to have them fix the order round up staying till right about the time that they closed. Very very nice people no attitude at all whatsoever when asked to fix our order and it was all finished in couple minutesFood: 3/5

They made me and my wife wait. Because we were using codes...and the cashier ask me whats the code....gave her the codes...thin she said she dont know how. The manager..is in the kitchen. And it might take... a while... Remind you I love buger king...and were hungry. After taking 2 hr to pick a spot....waited 12. Min....or 15....for him.. His words. After. Not even looking at our codes. Off the app.. O...we dont do codes........ALL I Could DO IS SHAKE MY HEAD....AND GO NEXT DOOR TO MCDONALD... HERE ON .35..AND and Van Buren
They upsize your combo after you order. Oh well, it is Burger King. Not like you would eat here often anyway...Food: 3/5
It's dirty and slow. That's the only reason why I go. Cus I normally run late when I have to stop & get to work on time. I only go cus it's not busy
I came to order and the dining room is temporarily closed, I called and spoke to the manager and asked if I can order cause I ride a bike and deliver food to people that can't make it here. He was very polite and professional. He said come to the window and order and my order was ready in 5 min Great job, this is how customer service should be.
As soon as I walked in I heard hurry and lock the doors and looked at me like I was a problem, they are at full staff and empty so I don't see why they would lock the place. then they refused to honor the app coupon which was the whole reason I chose burger king and the bathrooms are closed. Definitely a one time visit to this location
Could barely understand the manager on what he was saying. Not to mention they messed up our order we had one Whopper that had cheese on it and one Whopper that had bacon on it and we wanted bacon and cheese on both. So either somebody does not know how to put an order in or somebody down there does not know how to read the order. Will not be going to that particular Burger King ever again.
Getting off work and heading home and wanted to get something quick..... the sandwich wasn't hot nor fresh and the onion rings had been dropped to appear fresh . I have stopped visiting fast foods for these exact reasons, but I thought I would try my luck . Do better it suck throwing away food when people are in need but these restaurants have gotten use to betraying customers with food that has sat for the allotted time
