Never been to any locations in awhile. Visited today, drive thru near 1330. Young lady at order box friendly. Pulled up to window customer service same. Young man cared. French fries hot, and whopper not messy unlike MCD sandwiches. Hershey pie was awesome. Sorry MCD...time for me to change brand.
Food was nice and hot, no wait, place was very clean and the restroom was also. Parking: Probably 20 spaces? Wheelchair accessibility: Enter through side door in parking lot
This one at Kaneohe is nice, modern, and kid/student approved. Changed seating around and parking a plenty, ohh did i mention the morning crew? Service was awesome 7 out a 7 stars if i could.
I never thought I would give a Burger King 5 stars, but I am. It was actually the best food from a Burger King that I ever ate. Staff was friendly and restrooms were clean.

The Impossible Burger was made without any care of making a good burger. Not enough onions, thin little stripes, not enough tomatoes, sauce was only on half of the bread. I've order this burger 5 times and only 2 times it was made really good. For $9.00 let's made a good burger. Maybe better cooks would help.

Usually my experiences at burger king are great but today wasn't at all like that. I paid for buttermilk sauce and they gave me zesty. The lady at the window was rude and we felt rushed when we were just waiting for our food. Come on burger king we enjoy your meal but with service like this I guess we're gonna be headed to Jack in the box or mcdonalds. This is how you lose customers who always come to your restaurant. So sad!
I’ve been here 3 times and ever time they screw up my order. Today went thru the drive thru. They again forget my kids nuggets. I get home bc I was in a hurry and guess what kids nuggets missing again. Why is this so hard. And the only way to fix this is to waste gas driving back to complain, bc I’ve been calling for the last 15 minutes and it just keeps ringing.
