Worst people at work based on my experience. Very rude. Not professional at all. Very hard to recommend to anyone. Higher management should seriously consider training the employees to be customer friendly. Seems the people hate their job. They overcharged me ~$16 for my order which is close to $7, and said they will refund the extra charges. They actually did not do it although I assumed they would. Something fishy about this place. Can not recommend to any person. Beware. Lesson leant to not to go there anymore for $9. Not happy at all.
The food was hot and fresh, place our order was accurate. However, they didn't have any Burger King crowns and my toddlers were not very happy about that. Customer service was okay, nothing special but not necessarily bad either. Overall the restaurant seemed clean on the inside.
Service was really great! The food was hot and fresh! The only reason it’s a 4 star for me is because there were ants crawling everywhere. I don’t think it’s the employees fault, but customers were feeding the ants. Overall, good experience! Maybe just a good bug spray or two :
This particular location is super slow if you are going during lunch or mid-afternoon. So if you are in no rush then it's fine. They have days where they are fast, but those are a rarity. It's the only reason that they get a 3 star, is because on the days where they're fast, THEY'RE FAST. But the odds are 1 out of 30.
I had a coworker go get food at 9pm because I couldn't leave and it was closed even though their holiday hours for Dec 23 said 10pm closing time. He saw someone in there but the person didn't even bother to say anything as to why they were closed early. What made it better was that apparently he was hiding so he wouldn't talk to my coworker.
Took 15 minutes to get our food with only 3 people working. Part of our food was cold and the tomato on my sandwiches was sour tasting. The woman’s bathroom needs cleaned bad. They didn’t offer any condiments. Worst experience and drive through was taking people a long time also.
Consistently the slowest Burger King I have EVER been to. I don’t know why I continue giving it more chances. As of this review, I have been waiting for my to go order for 15 minutes, and I still have at least one order ahead of mine, not counting the drive thru. Utterly ridiculous that despite frequent staff turnover this location can’t seem to have any urgency whatsoever. There’s a McDonald’s right down the street, and they’ll continue getting my business. I have to seriously debate whether BK will.
Poor Customer interaction in that a sign posted inside said that everyone is to wear masks. However. To ladies ordered and stood at the front counter not wearing mask's and leaning on counter. The sole employee was busy preparing food and waiting on the counter.
It's the Burger King, you can't go wrong right? Not so fast, I live their soda dispensing machine, unfortunately many of the flavors I typically get were out of service. Sad day in the kingdom!!!! Overall my soda-less burger dining experience was so-so. Clean restrooms.
