Burger King

Terrible omg this was my cousins first time trying the 4pcs cheesy toys and wow we finally went for them today how about after waiting patiently in line for almost 15 mins the cheesy toys weren't as advertised and didn't taste the way I had first enjoyed them from Burger King on South 27th street by St Luke's hospital. This Burger King totally ruined this first time experience trying cheesy tots for my cousins I had to apologize to him. The Tots weren't of shape and wasn't fresh the weren't burnt and greasy tasting. Disgusting never again upset I am!!!

Longest drive through ever been in ,over 20 minutes. Then while stuck can't back out or get around we find they're out of everything "all we got is whoppers ",no coke? "No" onion rings or mozzarella sticks? "No just whoppers. It seemed like there were plenty of people working there, the long wait didn't make sense. Apologetic though.

Employee shot another employee to death in this Burger King!! This place should close permanently....not just out of respect, but because this place sucks. Long waits, poor quality of food and I definitely do not feel safe going there. Also...super unsanitary. I’d give this place 0 stars if that was possible.

Went there for dinner for my fiance after he got out of the hospital he order fresh off the broiler a number 2 with only onion mayo and ketchup. They made us go through the drive through twice to start off because we pulled to the window after waiting and saying hello to no response at the drive thru speaker. So after we finally get to order they werent very nice the lady had an attitude it was late last night but thats not the point. Got his good his burger was rubbery from it being old it was barely warm and they put everything on it. Then we drove back asked for a refund after arguing with us saying we ordered something we didnt. The lady finally gets her manager who refunds our money and acted as though he really didnt care much about the situation. Very bad experience.

The bun for my Original Chicken Sandwich is hard and stale. I asked for "no lettuce" and if I had an allergy, I would be in trouble.

Horrible!! I waited in line over 30 minutes just to order with 8 more cars behind me. This was ridiculous. You should NEVER have a customer waiting that long in a drive through line.I definitely will NOT be going back.

This burger king is 2 blks from my job. As much as I love burger king, I stopped going to this one because of the long wait. If there's more than 1 car waiting to order, guaranteed you'll wait @ least 15 mins. It's been years since I been here because of that. We'll, today I thought I would give them another try. Big mistake!!! I waited 22 mins for my food. The french fries were cold & the employee who gave me my food was full of attitude. So now I have a whole 8 mins to enjoy my lunch. Thanks for nothing. I won't be back ever again!!! Made it the job to realize I ordered a double cheeseburger, but was given a single. Not worth my time going back

I didn't like one of the staff member treated me. I paid for my food, than was told to leave out the lounge. I was waiting on my cab, to go to the Next destination when one of the staff told I Can't eat in the lounge. I been eating in that lounge for two months,and never cost no trouble. Than l had to go outside standing up eating my food that I ordered. I feel like I got treated poorly in Burger King. I have back trouble and leg problems. But could not sit and wait on my cab. Very disappointed.

I placed a large order to be delivered from Burger King from 51st & Capitol Dr. Milw, Wi Their tracker showed it being prepared, calculating drivers position, then a DoorDash text saying it is on the way. After the 2 hours with no delivery yet, I tried to call store, phone number not assigned any longer. I called driver from the text DoorDash sent. She said she was there now waiting for the order. After waiting the 2 hours I get another text from DoorDash that order was cancelled. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BURGER KING AGAIN!

My food was cold, the onion rings and burger tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Very gross. The lady who brought me my food was wearing her mask under her nose during a pandemic; this was also true of one of the cooks. Very disappointing. And on top of it, the cashier shorted me my change. I couldn’t even eat half of my food. Gross.
